We are fast growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, we need highly skilled and experience employees to fill the following position, are:

1. ERP Project Manager (Code ERP-PM).

The ERP Project Manager develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.  Determines the scope of the project, The ERP Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitors the progress of the ERP system implementation and development.  Evaluates and recommends changes to the current and future ERP system requirements to meet the company business unit needs.  Ensures the project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to the approved budget.

Required qualifications:

• Having knowledge of SAP and ERP products

• Preferable experience in ERP implementation at Mining businesses.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years’ experience in related area, preferable at Mining business.

• Minimum of 3+ years’ Project Management experience

• Must have relevant experience of managing projects from concept to close (full end to end)

• PMP / PRINCE2 Certification preferable.

2. GM Legal & Secretarial Affairs (Code : GM-LSA).

Corporate Legal to assist the BOD, Executive Management Committee and the Company’s Operations team in providing legal and secretarial services.  This position will manage and coordinate the legal affairs for our business facilities within Indonesia.

This position will also be responsible to provide advice on legal issues concerning corporate governance, ethics, contracts, and employment related issues. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and enforce legal policies and procedures and in managing teams.

Primary responsibilities include :

• To assist in the day-to-day legal support through individual and team contributions and through effective management of external and internal legal resources to ensure that the Company is compliant with all applicable laws.

• To partner with internal teams to assist with making effective improvements in the business processes, training, policies and procedures, that are related to legal issues.

• To negotiates, drafts and prepares contracts and other legal documents. Author correspondence, legal memoranda, and reports.

• To assist with the management of outside counsels in with respect to corporate legal matters.

• To assist with investigations, providing responses to government agencies and litigation support.

• Assist with corporate governance and the corporate secretary function, including preparation of materials for board of directors and committee meetings.

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years post qualification experience.

• Ability to quickly establish credibility as an advisor, change agent, and business partner with internal clients.

• Capability to find creative solutions to complex legal issues, moving easily between a hands-on, operations-focused view and a larger strategic outlook.

• Ability to manage domestic and international coordination.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization while exercising sound judgment, self-confidence, and respect for others.

• Ability to identify and articulate practical legal solutions in a useful and easily understood manner to ensure successful implementation.

• Capacity to work both independently and as a team member.

• Preferable have significant experience in Mining Industries especially for preparing Mining contract & services.

3. Project Manager (PM).

Required qualifications:

• Strong leadership skill.

• Accountable for the profit / loss of the project and to ensure the project develops, operates at a profit within regulative compliance.

• Experience to apply vision for a 5-years development plan of the project and able to present to BOD.

• Understand the development vision plan through a holistic approach to all matters that would influence the project including training, community development, management of contractors, progress claims, works variations, expansion, mining, haulage, port operations, CAPEX and OPEX, etc.

• Tertiary qualifications relating to a core business discipline, e.g. Engineering, Plant, Health and Safety, etc.

• Extensive experience in Mining, Mobile & Fixed Plant Project Management.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English

• Appropriate Mine Management qualifications (if applicable) or any other relevant legislative requirement.

• Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

4. MINE MANAGER (CODE : MM)

• Age max 50 years old.

• Bachelor degree from faculty mining engineer or geology.

• Min 10 (ten) years’ experience in mining industry + 5 (five) years in Managerial Level.

• Possess POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) from ESDM Dept.

• Well understand about mining operation (Facility / Equipment / Manpower).

• Familiar make plan, including target of production, controlling, evaluation, improving and analyze of cost production.

• Good knowledge about SHE / K3 procedure in mining sector.

• Has good leadership to subordinate and good interpersonal and organizational skill.

• Communicate with all level in organization company and Government.

• Know about all the mining software and use to operation MS office and Internet.

• Health, good performance and able to work under pressure and also familiar work by targeted.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.

5. HSE SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : HSE-Spt).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from safety or related background.

• Have minimum 5 years experiences in similar position preferable with coal mining industry background.

• Understand Mining and Environmental regulations.

• Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes.

• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).

• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, HSE procedure, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.

• Formal training in Safety and Risk Management.

• Have SMKP certificate and Preferable have POU Certification.

• Preferable have experience as KTT or WKTT in coal mining company.

• Good Leadership, Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.

6. GEOLOGIST (CODE : GEOS).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum education S1 from a reputable university, preferably from geological engineering.

•  Expert in software mining especially Minescape.

• Having Experience min. 2 years at geological mapping in coal mining exploration.

• Strong in analysis and evaluation to check the potentiality of new mine concession and must have good reporting skill.

• Strong knowledge in principle of Geology.

• Knowledge in government mining regulation.

• Preferable have experience in Geotech Analysis and report.

• Strong knowledge in stock pile management.

• Strong knowledge in coal quality and blending management.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.

7. LOADING MASTER (Code : LM).

Required qualifications:

• Nautical graduates are preferred.

• Minimal have 3 (three) years’ experience as a loading master.

• Preferable have experience in coal mining industries as Loading Master.

• Have a loading master certificate.

• Experienced in Directing barge / ship. with technical capabilities, Adjusting Weather, Wind direction, Water depth, jetty and barge / ship conditions.

• Capable of knowing the loading and unloading of coal.

• Understand the Work at the Jetty.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.

8. CRANE OPERATOR (Code : CO).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum education high school/equivalent.

• The maximum age 40 years old.

• Experienced in operating bulk-handling crane  (crane with shell grab or bucket).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field.

• Experience in operating crane types is preferred from Liebherr products.

• Preferably have SIO (Surat Izin Operator) for Bulk Crane.

• Can understand troubleshooting crane-bulk operations.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.

9. Finance and Accounting Supervisor (Code : FA- Spv).

Required qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• Min. 3 years of experience in the same position.

• Experience with any accounting software especially can use Tally system is more advantageous.

• Preferably able to communicate in English.

• Will be based in Jakarta Office.

10. ENTRY DATA PROCESSING Staff (Code : EDP-S).

Required qualifications:

• Female with a maximum age of 28 years old.

• Minimum education D3 Accounting.

• Have 1-2 years work experience as data entry processing in Accounting and Finance

• Department.

• Mastering the excel program especially in Vlookup and Hlookup.

• Can speak English is preferred.

• Can join immediately for Jakarta Based.
