PT Archi Indonesia Tbk is a pure-play gold mining company based in Indonesia, with a focus on gold operations in Indonesia and headquartered in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi, PT Meares Soputan Mining / PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at the Toka Tindung Project, are currently seeking the following professionals to support our operational activities:
UG Safety Specialist (Code : USS/VI/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Identify hazards, assess occupational health and workplace environmental risks, and establish effective risk control measures to prevent incidents, occupational diseases, and workplace-related losses.
• Support the Production Engineer team in developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to underground mining activities, including drilling, blasting, and mechanized mining operations, ensuring all safety aspects are properly implemented.
• Identify potential emergency situations and develop effective emergency response plans, including risk mitigation strategies and emergency control measures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, standards, and emergency management procedures to support safe and continuous company operations.
• Coordinate and execute general OHS operational activities, including incident investigations, weekly safety reviews, safety meetings, hazard identification, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of safety procedures.
• Conduct field verification and monitoring of safety standard implementation within underground mining operations to ensure workforce compliance with safety requirements.
• Perform regular inspections and verification of underground safety facilities and equipment, including Refuge Chamber, Fire Extinguishers (APAR), and Self-Rescue equipment, ensuring readiness during emergency situations.
• Support the development and competency improvement plan for Emergency Response Team (ERT) personnel to ensure they are capable of handling underground mining emergencies.
• Demonstrate strong integrity and commitment to company values while maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders, contractors, government representatives, business partners, and surrounding communities.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mining operations, preferably in underground mining safety management.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), underground mining operations, risk management, and emergency response systems.
• Strong understanding of mining safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety improvement programs.
• Ability to lead and coordinate safety teams and operational stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leadership training or team management.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Advanced computer skills.
• Possess relevant mining safety certification, preferably POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya).
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work in an underground mining environment with moderate exposure to operational risks.
Long Term Planning Engineer (Code : LTPE/VI/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Demonstrate and promote strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management standards in all mine planning activities.
• Support to develop and update Life of Mine (LOM) plans, pit designs, waste dump designs, haul roads, and supporting mining infrastructure.
• Support preparation and optimization long-term mine schedules to maximize reserve recovery, production continuity, and project value
• Manage reserve forecasting and reconciliation processes to support long-term business planning
• Coordinate with Geology, Survey, Geotechnical, Environment, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated mine planning.
• Prepare and provide mine plans, reserve data, production forecasts, and supporting documents for RKAB preparation and revision.
• Monitor RKAB performance against approved plans and recommend corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Ensure compliance of all mine planning activities with applicable mining regulations, permits, company standards, and best mining practices.
• Provide Long Term Plan Monthly Report
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in mine planning, preferably in long-term mine planning.
• Proven experience in developing Life of Mine (LoM) plans, Feasibility Studies (FS), and strategic mine planning projects.
• Experience in open-pit mining operations will be an advantage.
• Proficient in mine planning and optimization software, including: GEOVIA Surpac, GEOVIA Whittle, GEOVIA MineSched, Deswik.
• Proven expertise in pit optimization, pit design, pushback and phase design.
• Strong experience in long-term mine planning and production scheduling (5+ years).
• Solid understanding of resource and reserve evaluation.
• Proficiency in mine economic assessments, including Net Present Value (NPV), cash flow, and stripping ratio analysis.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines in a dynamic mining environment.
• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
OPERATOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT (CODE : OHE-VI/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Operate mobile material handling equipment, including Forklifts, Telehandlers, and similar equipment in accordance with operational requirements.
• Safely, accurately, and efficiently transport materials, equipment, and goods within warehouses, workshops, stockyards, and other operational areas.
• Ensure materials and equipment are handled in accordance with work procedures, equipment load capacities, and applicable safety standards.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections, operate equipment, and perform basic preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe and ready for use.
• Report any equipment defects, operational irregularities, or potential hazards identified on equipment or within the work area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work environment.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, as well as company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Material Handling Equipment Operator, preferably in the mining, construction, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in operating Forklifts, Telehandler, and/or other mobile material handling equipment.
• Possess valid Indonesian Operator Licenses (SIO) relevant to the equipment operated (Forklift and/or Telehandler), as well as a valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM B I/B II).
• Sound understanding of equipment operating procedures, daily inspections, and basic equipment maintenance.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements, risk management practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Willing to work on a shift roster in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture.
