Senior HRD

• Female/Male, age min.27 years

• Bachelors degree In Human Resource Management, Psychology Law, or equivalent.

• Min. 2 years working experience

• Preferable have psychologist certification and has exposure in assessment area;

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

• Has initiative, planning & organising skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus; communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Keuangan (Accounting)

• Age min. 27 years, good health with vaccinate certificate

• Graduate S1 in Finance / Accounting

• Having min. 2 years working experience as Finance / Accounting

• Good knowledge and understanding of Finance, Accounting and Taxation

• Hold Brevet A & B

• Familiar with Accounting System (SAP / MYOB / ACCPAC)

• Detail-oriented, precise and meticulous on preparing tax report and other accounting documentation

• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Have strong communication, coordination and managerial skills

Senior GA

• Male/ Female.

• Max. 40 Years old.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Similar Position

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Similar Position.

• Have knowledge and understanding about Indonesian labor laws, Recruitment, KPI, People Development & General affair.

• Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources.

• Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.

Site Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Technical Field/Engineering. Mining engineer is an advantage.

- At least 8 years of similar industry

- Hold valid POP to obtain POM certification.

- Hold blaster competency (KJL)

- Technical blasting knowledge.

- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.

- Computer literacy.

Main plane engineer Geologist

• Graduate Mining Engineer

• A minimum of 3  years experience in Similar Position

• Capability to operating  Minescape, Minex and others mine planning software

• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine

• Preferably held  a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate

• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance

• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa

• Ready worked in remote area

Surveyor

• Min D3 Geodetic from reputable University,

• Having minimum within 2‐3 years experience

• Have a Mining Surveyor Certificate

• Familiar with Survey Tools, able to operate Survax Software and data processing

• Familiar with Sokkia Total Station set, Surpac & Minescape software

• Able to communicate in English

• Willing to work at mine site, and remote area

• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

HSE

1. Bachelor degree from safety or related background.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

3. Analytical driven and able to do basic analysis

4. Demonstrate a keen interest for accuracy and an attention to detail

5. Proficient in Microsoft Tools especially PowerPoint and excel (Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel)

6. Must be able to manage time and priorities in a fast paced work environment

7. Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections
