Position: Senior Geologist
Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO roster.
Purpose of the Role:
Proactively provide analytical outcome and strategic decision to ensure the exploration program meet the objective, timeframe, and budget.
Accountabilities:
• Proactively promoting health and safety procedures to the team.
• Develop and execute a regional exploration program.
• Conduct field mapping, sampling, sample preparation, data interrogation, and analysis.
• Liaise with the technical expert (internal or external) for Drill-hole targeting of the prospect area.
• Obtain geology & structure data, validation, interpretation, utilize 3D geological modeling, 2D geological map, and cross-section.
• Proactively accommodate technical discussion across the team and external geology society (MGEI, IAGI).
• Proactively define technical gap analysis report and provide the alternative plan.
• Fully engage with the Geology, Engineering, Hydrogeology, and Geotechnical teams.
• Maximizing the capability of the geology team member to enhance their knowledge.
• Well experienced in team management, project execution, leadership, and budgeting.
• Producing reports and presentations of the technical work and results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Geology or any relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in geological studies and assessment.
• Having a POP certificate, MGEI CPI- Exploration or Resource certificate, and IAGI membership is preferable
• Experience to demonstrate the obsession with health and safety.
• Experience in Copper and Gold with Porphyry and epithermal systems style of deposit.
• Experience in data processing for geological mapping and exploration or brownfield drilling, underground mining geology, exploration decline, or tunneling.
• Experience in budget planning and schedule control.
• Fluently in English for both writing and speaking.
• Good leadership and analytical skills.

Position: Senior Database Analyst
Work Location: Head Office, Jakarta
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company. The successful candidate will work in Head Office, Jakarta.
Purpose of the Role:
Proactively provide analytical outcomes and strategic decisions to ensure the management and implementation of a database system is in place and maintained.
Accountabilities:
• Proactively promoting health and safety procedures to the team.
• Management and implementation of the database used by the Mineral Resources including Drilling, Production, Mapping, and Reconciliation database.
• Database validation and QAQC of the data on an ongoing base maintaining the validity of the databases, implementing data management and workflow processes.
• Assist in the exploration as required including training and mapping QAQC.
• Preferred experience/certification in SQL, acQuire, ArcGIS, Arena, Imago, WebGIS, and Survey123.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proper administration techniques for the company’s current database technologies.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to get the most out of our systems and liaising with team members to ensure the currency and quality of data collected.
• Timely and accurate reporting of production data.
• Must standards to apply standards, policies, and procedures relating to confidentiality and protection of personal and sensitive data.

Position: Hydro Well Drilling Coordinator
Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO roster.
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible as field coordinator to ensure the well pad preparation, Rig mobilization, Setup equipment, Drilling execution up to completion hole, and Hydro pumping test are undertaken in safely manner, orderly fashion, and meet the objective, timeline, and budget.
Accountabilities:
• Ensure all activities related to Drilling Program are as per STM’s safety standards and regulations.
• Main person for field coordination with another internal team (Operation/Infrastructure, Community Relation, Sustainability, HSR (Health Safety and Risk) and external (Drilling Contractors/Subcontractors).
• Develop and maintain a Daily progress report of the Preparation/ mobilization/ Drilling phase to the Drilling Manager.
• Interface with the Operation/Hydrogeology team to ensure the readiness of water supply, road access, and drilling pad layout as per the Drilling Program.
• Together with the Drilling Supervisor, assist the Drilling rig mobilization, set up equipment, and personnel onboarding as per STM’s procedure.
• Lead and review the Journey Management Plan (JMP) with another related internal team from the contractor prior to mobilization to the site.
• Review the logistic routes, obstacles, and suitability in transporting the equipment to the drilling site.
• Monitor drilling rig mobilization/demobilization.
• Support the Drilling Supervisor, for any non-technical issue (logistic, material requirement, or any local services) during the entire drilling phase.
• Perform other activities as per instructed by Drilling Manager.
Requirements:
• Minimum held bachelor’s degree in engineering/Geology from a reputable University.
• Experience in handling the Drilling Rig Operation in Mining or Geothermal with a minimum experience of 10 years.
• Minimum Field Experience of 5 years in Drilling activity.
• Familiar with Drilling Rig equipment, setup, and requirement.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa (to interface with the Expat Drilling Supervisors and to the Internal Team).
• Have leadership skills to lead the meeting and manage all Drilling Contractors.

Position: Experienced Security Advisor
Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara

Purpose of the Role:
Implements the company Security policy, Security Management Plan and ensures consistently high physical Security standards and disciplined procedures to protect company personnel and assets. Effectively resolves challenging Security issues and communicates effectively to the workforce, Management, and community deliberate resolution strategies.
Accountabilities:
• Delivers discipline and effective Security at all company facilities and operations.
• Maintain Safety implementation in Security operations.
• Communicate effectively and well respected by the Management team, national Security forces, community leaders, and workers.
• Supervise Security service provider program and implementation to ensure the quality and performance measures are consistently met.
• Supervise the implementation support from the Indonesian Police force to ensure quality and performance in accordance with the MoU.
• Identifies and clearly communicate to superior regarding Security risks related to acknowledged groups thread and provide suggestion to mitigate the impacts of prioritized Security risk.
• Effectively communicates with all levels of the Company workforce, National Security force, local community, and associated stakeholders through an effective and comprehensive Security awareness and vigilance program.
• Provides leadership and suggestion to Superior on Security procedures and practices.
• Direct and supervises investigation of Security related incidents and/or loss or misappropriation of assets.
• May assist senior Police officers with crowd control and surveillance.
• As a Security field leader on daily Security operations activity.
Requirements:
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from any major with a GPA of 3.00
• Having a Gada Utama Indonesian Police certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of Security supervisory experience with at least 4 years’ experience in the extractive mining/oil & gas industry.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
• Experience to supervise a group of employees.
• Having investigative skills.
• Experience in health and safety for the mining/oil & gas industry.
• Experience in managing Security service providers.
• Experience in intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Experience to develop Security SOPs, Security plans, and other documents
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong computer skills (minimum Ms. Office).
• Able to adapt to competing for cultural nuances and external stakeholders.
• Able to demonstrate awareness of Corporate Security, Safety, and Environmental.
• Having an Indonesian driving license and being able to operate a vehicle both on/off-road.
