Development Construction & Installation Manager (Head of Construction) – Tuna Asset

Role summary

Responsible for leading, initiating and managing onshore construction and offshore installation (C&I) programs and activities for the onshore fabrication and construction, and offshore installation and hook up activities for Tuna Asset Fixed Infrastructure, and responsible for safe delivery and timely execution of topsides integration, transportation, mooring installation and hook up activities of the Tuna FPSO. The role shall be responsible for ensuring delivery of a quality product in a safe, on time, on budget, environmentally compliant manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and HBR HSESQ procedures.

This position will be on an initial direct contract basis with HBR, reporting directly to the Fixed Infrastructure Delivery Manager until the Fixed Infrastructure installation and hook up activities are complete, and thereafter to the FPSO Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering (Offshore / Mechanical / Ocean Engineering).

• Valid TBOSIET and/or BOSIET / Offshore FTW Certification / Incident Investigation.

Experience

• Minimum 20 years working experience in offshore oil and gas industry, with a primary focus on facilities, fabrication, construction, transportation and installation. Must have at minimum 10 years in a senior project leadership equivalent role for offshore fixed and floating infrastructure projects.

• Must have extensive experience in project engineering and project management.

• Must have competence, experience and exposure to integration projects within the EPCI and FPSO community with demonstrable delivery of targets.

• Must have demonstrable competence in promoting HSESQ and ensuring that that all C&I activities are performed according to the applicable HSESQ regulations and procedures.

• Must have demonstrable C&I experience and competence across, wellhead platforms, SURF, pipelines and FPSOs. 

• Must be able to demonstrate; coordination of manpower (both onshore and offshore across all assigned disciplines), coordination of schedule including critical path analysis, influence design to facilitate optimal C&I activities, establish and maintain management of installation, commissioning and completion activities of materials and equipment, deliver C&I progress as per plan, identify potential issues, and ensure implementation of mitigation actions, understand and manage the industrial relations within the C&I environment.

FPSO Integration and Topsides Delivery Manager (Head of Technical Integration) – Tuna Asset

Role summary

Responsible for the respective teams delivery of FPSO repair and life extension and hull integration activities in dry dock, delivery of hull to integration yard, and delivery, integration and mechanical completion of topsides modules into the hull alongside upto sailaway. The role shall be responsible for ensuring delivery of a quality product in a safe, on time, on budget, environmentally compliant manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and HBR HSESQ procedures.

This position will be on an initial direct contract basis with HBR, reporting directly to the FPSO Delivery Manager until hull integration activities are complete, and thereafter to the Development C&I Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering (Offshore / Mechanical / Ocean Engineering).

• Valid TBOSIET and/or BOSIET / Offshore FTW certification / Incident Investigation.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years working experience in offshore oil and gas industry, with a primary focus on FPSO fabrication, construction, transportation and installation. Must have at minimum 5 years in a senior project leadership equivalent FPSO role on the client side.

Offshore Installation Manager (Head of Offshore Production Facilities) – Tuna Asset

Role summary

The lead offshore member of the Tuna Asset Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, reporting directly into the Tuna O&M Manager, accountable for leading and overseeing offshore supervision of the Tuna FPSO Contractor and their Tuna Field team, driving their compliance with legislation and HBRs policies, process’ and procedures, ensure safe and productive daily O&M activities in compliance with the Tuna HSES Management Systems, whilst delivering FPSO Contractor’s O&M KPI team target achievement. The role will act as a primary contact and decision maker offshore for actions and O&M issues from a HBR perspective, provide leadership, provide motivation, ensure that annual O&M programmes are delivered.

They will monitor FPSO Contractor and third parties to ensure O&M activities performed are in accordance to the applicable procedures, standards and regulations whist meeting KPIs. The role will ensure that all third parties working offshore have appropriate qualification / certification / training to perform their tasks, ensure that equipment, tools and machines are certified and that the Emergency Response Plan is in place, comprehended and implemented by all offshore personnel in the event of an emergency, and provide appropriate solution/response and where applicable take decision on emergency situations including operations shut down.

During pre-production phase, accountable for development and enhancement of integrated Production Operation and Maintenance Management Systems (across the FPSO and Fixed Infrastructure) drawing on FPSO Contractor’s and HBR’s existing systems including having accountability for development and delivery daily reports, manuals, procedures, and roll out programs.

This position will be on a direct contract with HBR basis, with potential for future conversion to staff based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical).

• Valid TBOSIET and/or BOSIET / Offshore FTW certification / Firefighting training certificate, preferably at advanced level / OPITO OIM CE 7025 / Incident Investigation

• Valid OIM international certification to IMO rules.

Experience

• Minimum 20 years working experience in offshore production operations in the oil and gas industry with a minimum of 5 years client working experience offshore at an OIM level on a Contractor provided FPSO.

• Must have extensive offshore experience at supervisory level and be experienced in project engineering and project management.

• Must have competence, experience and exposure to integration projects with FPSO community with demonstrable delivery of targets both pre-O&M and during O&M phases.

• Must have demonstrable O&M experience and competence in pre-production and production phases across wells, wellhead platforms, SURF, pipelines and FPSOs. 

• Must have accountable experience and competence in writing, reviewing and integrating O&M manuals, operations procedures and roll out programs.

• Must have demonstrable competence in promoting HSES procedures offshore to ensure that O&M activities are performed according to the applicable HSES regulations and procedures.

• Monitor HSES implementation and practice on site to prevent accident and incident occurrence.

Field Production Supervisor (Project Production Engineer Specialist) – Tuna Asset

Role summary

A key member of the Tuna Asset Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, reporting directly to the OIM, responsible for leading and overseeing offshore supervision of the Tuna FPSO Contractor and their Tuna Field operations team, driving their compliance with legislation and HBRs policies, process’ and procedures, including safe and productive daily offshore operations in compliance with the Tuna HSES Management Systems whilst ensuring production target achievement. During pre-production phase, responsible for development and enhancement of an integrated Production Operation Management System (across the FPSO and Fixed Infrastructure) drawing on FPSO Contractor’s and HBR’s existing systems including operations manuals, operations procedures, roll out programs and training is carried out.

This position will be on a direct contract with HBR basis, with potential for future conversion to staff based on performance.

Outline the HSE/Safety Critical responsibilities of the role;
