An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our operations with a variety of projects and challenging tasks in Information Technology – Audit, Enterprise Resource Planning System & Business Solution area, we are looking for highly motivated professionals eager for brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration to achieve operational excellence to fill the following position :

SENIOR SPECIALIST IT SUPPORT

(National - Jakarta Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To provide dedicated operational support for broad range of IT users including VVIP within certain location such as Jakarta office.

• To extend the support via remotely and/or beyond normal office hour and/or outside office location when required.

• As extension from the specialized IT group on site, provide operation and project support to network infrastructure, CCTV, Data Center, etc. relevant to the supported location (e.g. Jakarta Office). Liaise with Service Desk and the respective team.

• Comply with all company Policies, Standard and Procedures

• Fulfill service request, resolve incident and problem from the IT users in the supported location (office building and/or company-supported resident).

• Manage and responsible for the corporate endpoint device relevant to the supported location (laptop, desktop, monitor, feature phone, smart device, printer, desk phone). It covers from the process of asset inventory, storage, provisioning, assignment, withdrawal, and disposal.

• Perform software asset management in the supported operating system (Microsoft Windows Operating System, MacOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android) which include OS imaging, enrollment, software installation, license assignment, and support.

• Provide support for event or meeting with the related conferencing system (projector, wireless presentation, sound, lighting) on the meeting room or other requested location

• The support extends the service to administer and support backend services such as (but not limited to) RADIUS user management, Wireless Access Points, Network, Wiring, CCTV System, and non-IT service such as Physical Access Security and Indoor Lighting System

• Liaise with Service Desk and relevant specialized IT support group on-site.

• Escalate request, incident, or problem to the relevant third-party support through the appropriate channel agreed.

• To coordinate with third party support for incident/problem/request escalation

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Computer-related major

• Ten (10) years of experience in supporting end-user computing device and software. Experience in mass OS imaging with supported software; Exposure to Endpoint Management system to manage device and software; Prefer for broad exposure to other IT domain such as system administration for network appliance, CCTV, and Server.

• Exposure to support senior management or VVIP user.

• Working knowledge of Windows Client OS, iOS/iPadOS, Android and MacOS. Decent understanding of common service within end user environment such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory,  GPO, Web Filtering, Antimalware.

• Leads with integrity and respect; Excellent analytical, technical skills and auditing techniques (i.e. Operations, Investigation, IT internal control); Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and to engage in a collaborative, results-oriented team environment; Exceptional ability to work on and manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively; Has initiative, planning & organising skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus; communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and interviewing skills; Must be capable of presenting results to senior management.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT - SPECIALIST OPERATIONS & IT GOVERNANCE

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Carry out audits and compliance testing to ensure that plans, policies and procedures are operating effectively with appropriate controls and recommend improvement where necessary

• Review and evaluate internal procedures and supporting documentation to ensure that they provide an effective control system and to identify any weaknesses.

• Provide information and assistance to the clients to enable them to comply with statutory requirements and standards.

• Carry out reviews of specific functions and processes to promote an independent and consulting activity designed to add best value and recommend improvements.

• Assist in the development of any internal audit programme to ensure that all functions are subject to systematic review.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of all necessary internal control and procedures to assist the clients in complying with financial regulations, statutory standards and meeting their objectives.

• Treat all information received as confidential and not discuss anything outside of Internal Audit circles without prior permission.

• Carry out audit and performs ethics investigation assigned to Internal Audit.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or other related fields.

• Have minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role as Senior Specialist Internal Audit in IT audit fields; Mining experience will be considered and advantage; Preferably, IS audits as part of an integrated audit approach in an SAP environment (i.e., implementation, security, basis, SOD, Authorization), cloud technologies, operating systems, network, and tools.

• Experience of supporting the development of audit strategies and plans and in leading and supervising risk based audits; Experience performing Operational, Investigations and IS audits (i.e., ITGC,  IS governance, cybersecurity, CAAT, etc.); Experience performing IT audits attesting to organizations’ regulatory compliance (i.e., GAAP, SOX, COBIT, ISO-27000) and other security frameworks.

• Professional audit certifications preferred (CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA is a plus); Preferable with knowledge of Anti-Fraud Program and fraud and ethics investigation.

• Strong knowledge of the various auditing standards and guidelines recognized in the industry, including ISACA IS Audit and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA); Strong ability to research and gather information from both business and IT functions.

SPECIALIST APPLICATION & DATA ENGINEER

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To create/Modify data extraction/streaming from  many source (SAP 4/Hana, Success Factor, Inhouse Application, IOT dan other DWC)

• To work hand in hand with business analyst in analyzing the user requirement related to data extraction/streaming and Analytic Report

• To formulate technical solution to address the respective programming issues/problems/requirements.

• To maintain the quality standard both in the product and process by applying the software development procedure and quality assurance.

• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

• Identify, design, maintain and implement automatic data extraction/Streaming processes to optimize data delivery

• Work with Business Analyst to Mine and analyses data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement

• Work with Business Analyst to create Analytic report to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.

• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

• Follow the organizational- code and programming standard to achieve consistent optimum code quality.

• Perform test and/or unit test post-implementation to ensure minimum defect from the data set/report being developed.

• Track own task assignment schedule and progress.

• Escalate issues and manage timely resolution of issues.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Under graduate (S1) from reputable universities. Major in Information Management, Computer Science, Informatics.

• Minimum 5 (Year) years of experience as Data Engineer Role

• Knowledge of data streaming and big data tools: Kafka, Hadoop, Spark,etc.

• Knowledge of data warehouse platform: Snowflake/Boomi/Claudera/Azure Data lake, etc

• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases ; Experience in designing RDBMS databases ; Experience with MsSQL database Transact-SQL query language ; Experience with Azure cloud services;

• Strong knowledge in Data Warehouse Concept & Design; Strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server ; Coding knowledge and experience with several languages Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc ; Knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc;

• Knowledge of software development process, methodology and quality; Knowledge of database design, data warehouse and analytics;

• Organized and good interest to work with documentation; Can create process flow chart; good presentation skill.

SAP SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST

(National - Site Based)

• System Analyst in area of Maintenance, Material Management, Finance (SAP, .NET, other application)

• Implement, maintain, and support IT and informations systems (SAP, .NET, other application) to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow.

• Create tests, and develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis.

• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.

• Flexible and adaptable; Able to understand business processes; Motivated to learn; Like working with people; Able to communicate and with people from different functions / department clearly;

• Organized and good interest to work with documentation; Can create process flow chart; good presentation skill.

SAP FUNCTIONAL PLANT MAINTENANCE

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for collaborating with ERP team to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.

• To resolve integration issues and translate into streamlined business processes and highly efficient human resources management.

• Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.

• Analyze existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.

• Write customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.

• Develop user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.

• Install ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.

• Perform diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.

• Provide technical support and training ERP end-users.

• Prepare development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.

• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

• Keep abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred

• Has 3-5 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis.

• Have worked in project / support of SAP. At least experienced in 1 cycle full SAP Implementation;

• Possesses SAP business process / Configuration knowledge (in modules SAP Plant Maintenance);

• Know Programming is an advantage; Understanding Database / SQL  is an advantage.

• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.

• Flexible and adaptable; Able to understand business processes; Motivated to learn; Like working with people; Able to communicate and with people from different functions / department clearly;
