Thiess has a long journey of more than 30 years in Indonesia providing mining services for various projects and clients with head office in Jakarta and support facilities in Balikpapan including workshops and training center.

We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

EOI Coordinator ICT (928167)

In this role, you will:

•  Provide outstanding service management to internal customers through the provision of up-to-date technical expertise by ensuring the windows operating environment and related hardware and software is performing in accordance with Thiess standards and meets clients' expectations

•  Coordinate with the Radio & Instrumentation department to ensure the equipment maintenance both unscheduled and scheduled,

•  Monitor and report of all activities, coordinating personnel and parts.

What skills and experience do you need:

•  Minimum of bachelor’s degree in information technology or related disciplines.

•  A minimum of 5 years experiences in similar role in the large mining or construction industry; broad based electronics knowledge and wireless data equipment; IT and computer literacy.

•  Excellent communication, written - verbal in English; honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and lead the team.

•  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision-making skills.
