PT Hengjaya Mineralindo; Business Development Manager

Nickel Mines Australia holds an 80% interest in the share capital of PT Hengjaya Mineralindo an Indonesian PMA company. The remaining 20% interest in PT Hengjaya is owned by the Company's Indonesian partner, the Wijoyo family. PT Hengjaya holds a 100% interest in the Hengjaya nickel project (Hengjaya Mine) located in the Morowali Regency, on the east coast of the province of Central Sulawesi, Indonesia.

To support our expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:

Business Development Manager

(National-Jakarta)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Others than that, candidate will work with our senior team when discussing potential mergers and acquisitions of IUPs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

• Maintain existing business

• Think critically when planning to assure project success

• Assessing ownership, shareholder status and legality of vendor's IUPs.

• Conducting various meeting with vendors and reporting back to Senior Management with status and recommendations.

• Able to promote NIL into various IUP tender pools which become available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience specially in Mining industries.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

• Focused and goal-oriented

• Having skills in commercial would be desirable
