We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill in the following positions:

POSITION: SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER

Purpose:

- To develop well design, optimize the investment, and apply the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection

- To draft the drilling plan and support its execution, provide engineering advice, and update well design and execution plans

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Overall technical integrity of well design and execution plan

- Cost-effectiveness of the well design and drilling program

- Planning and engineering drilling operations in order to achieve technical objectives in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner

- Propose drilling programs including all information as specified in the Company procedure

- Prepare the estimated cost breakdown of the well to be drilled or worked over

- Operations follow-up

- Recommend changes in some aspects of the drilling program to improve drilling and completion approaches, techniques, and performance

- Make the best recommendations when drilling problem occurs

- Track and benchmark the drilling performance and cost

- Prepare post-well reports

- Assist rig site operation for specific jobs

- Providing digital data useful to follow up well operations and produce well profile printouts as well as overpressure studies. To critically study these data, detect anomalies and propose corrective actions if needed.

- Support the HSEQ department in preparing the environmental studies and obtaining the necessary authorization

- Liaise with relevant parties such as JV Partners, etc. during well operations preparation, execution, and post-activity

Main Interfaces:

- Internal: All relevant departments

- External: Service drilling contractors, JV partners, Authorities

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- Professional Qualification: Minimum 8 (eight) years of intensive experience in Deepwater Well Operation as a Drilling Engineer and/or Drilling Supervisor

- Training and Courses:

o Employee Induction including HSE Awareness

o Drilling & Completion Operation

o Drilling & Completion Engineering

o Geology & Geophysics Basis

o Subsurface & Reservoir Basis

o IWCF Level 4 for Subsea

o Hazardous Waste Management, First Aider, Fire Fighting

o HUET & Sea Survival

o Basic Petroleum Engineering

- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written

- Drilling activities: Drilling operations, dry and wet wellhead system, horizontal drilling, drilling fluids & cement operations

- Advanced drilling: Lean profile, underbalanced drilling, coiled tubing drilling

- High-profile drilling: Extended reach drilling, HP/HT Drilling, simultaneous drilling, wellbore stability/sand production/prediction & control
