JOB VACANCIES

Petrochina Intl. Jabung Ltd., an International Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company has the following position open for immediate engagement:

 

1. Sr. Operation & Maintenance Support Engineer

Work Location: Jakarta

- Develop new Facility Sharing Agreements (FSA) and manage ongoing ones.

- Develop road access agreements with relevant parties.

- Develop asset and operational excellence programs, including asset integrity and/or reliability programs.

- Support the field maintenance team with SKK Migas-related tasks, including acting as a liaison for communication with SKK Migas, preparing monthly maintenance reports, supporting WP&B proposals, special/additional program proposals, and equipment failure reports.

- Lead or support special projects related to maintenance or improvement of maintenance systems.

Required qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) engineering discipline, preferably mechanical, electrical, physics or chemical engineering.

- 8-10 years of experience in a related role.

 

2. Legal Administrator (Third Party Contract)

Work Location: Jakarta

- Prepare and manage all administrative documents within the Legal Department.

- Perform secretarial duties, including drafting and finalizing letters, coordinating approval processes, arranging business trips, maintaining records, and liaising with the management secretary.

- Report directly to and support the Legal Manager.

Required qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or with comparable responsibilities.

- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Having knowledge in office administration

3. Sr. Audit Compliance Superintendent

Work Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide a yearly schedule for all government and partner audits.

- Plan sufficient preparation activities for each audit, including the operational budget.

- Advise related parties in the company about prior year audit findings to avoid repeated issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.

- Manage the available human resources in the group to provide auditors with requested documents, explanations, etc.

- Review and report the progress of each audit to the Head of Department.

- Review and coordinate answers/explanations from related users, including the required documentation.

- Follow up on agreed-upon audit findings.

- Prepare responses to the Audit Report for each block and engage in discussions with auditors during the final phase of the audit (exit meeting).

- Propose an action plan to resolve pending audit findings.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with government auditors (BPKP, BPK, SKKMigas) as well as public accountants.

- Evaluate the company's compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation, and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.

Requirements:

- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.

- 8–10 years of experience in a similar field or industry.

- Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
