PT Jawa Satu Power is a joint venture entity between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia ("PPI"), Garuda Power Holdings B.V. and Sojitz Global Investment B.V. Established on December 05, 2016 as a special purpose company in running, controlling and managing the assets of Jawa-1 power plant business activities, which serves as the largest gas-fired power plant with CCGT technology in Southeast Asia.

The company runs its business professionally by upholding an effective and efficient Corporate Governance principles in order to provide continuous added values to shareholders.

Jawa-1 is the first project in Asia with such complex scheme, however with a great spirit and open minded of all parties to obtain a beneficial solution enabling the company to achieve financial close, further to conduct the groundbreaking with dedication, unlimited hard work and effort, creativity in order to achieve company's objective so that this project could complete and meet commercial operation date ("COD") on time as committed.

PT Jawa Satu Power is hiring for the following positions:

Job Title : Warehouse Supervisor (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering

2. Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar supervisory position

3. Minimum of 5 years experience in the warehouse at power industry or similar industry with 24/7 operations

4. Required skills: Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management, Logistics, Receiving, Distribution and Planning Management, ERP (SAP and Maximo), ISO, 5R, Leadership, Communication, Analytical thinking

5. Able to create and develop an SOP for the Warehouse Operations and familiar with the relevant business process for the Power Plant’s Warehouse or similar industry

6. Knowledge of typical safety and environmental requirement for the storage of hazardous materials

7. Knowledge of Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting the overall activity of warehouse operations

8. Knowledge of commercial processes and budgeting system

9. Experience with the implementation of computerized Accounting systems & Maintenance Management Systems, inventory control, and warehouse management systems

10. Good communication in English both oral and written is mandatory

11. Possess excellent team-building skills

 

Job Title : Warehouse Staff (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Posses at D3/D4/S1 in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the warehouse at power industry or similar industry with 24/7 operations

3. Required skills: Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management, Logistics, Receiving, Distribution and Planning Management, ERP (SAP and Maximo), ISO, 5R, Leadership, Communication, Analytical thinking

Job Title : Procurement & Logistic Officer (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Posses at least Bachelor's degree from a university, preferably from mechanical/electrical/industrial major

2. 3 years of working experience in power plant operations or similar

3. Have successful experience in procurement.

4. Familiar with typical legislation associated with power plant processes

5. Knowledge of local and international procurement processes and regulations in the power plant industry

6. Knowledge of commercial processes and budgeting experience

7. Thorough understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs related to power plant industry

8. Experience with the use of ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, etc)

9. Fluent in the use of MS Office programs

10. The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English

11. Excellent personal and communication skills internally and externally

12. Good team member, interacts well with others, prompt and responsive

 

Job Title : Electrical Technician (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Posses at least Electrical technical degree (Min. D3) or equivalent

2. At least 4 years' experience in power plant electrical maintenance

3. Understanding of the basic operation of a Combined Cycle Plant (CCP) with good maintenance practices and concepts

4. Support the On-Call Rotation or the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) by being available to respond to a breakdown or an event outside of normal working hours

5. Having a mature personality, high level of commitment, good attitude, open-minded for working in a team, and self-motivated

6. Good communication in English both oral and written

7. Able to read Electrical drawings, measure & test electrical equipment, inspect, troubleshoot or corrective, and repair any type of faults in electrical equipment/system

8. Able to use computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software as well as MS Office programs to record all completion of maintenance activities and any relevant maintenance finding

9. Qualified to Perform preventive maintenance of GIS system, Power transformers, HV & LV Switchgear & Electrical Motor Induction, DC Charger, AC UPS System, Protection Relay, Emergency Diesel Generator, maintain lighting system, Variable Frequency Drive VFD, Earthing & Lightning system, cable connection & termination and use of Electrical hand tools/special tools

10. Strong knowledge related to electrical system maintenance activity in the power plant as well as commissioning activity prior to commercial operation of the Power Plant

 

Job Title : Mechanical Technician (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Posses at least mechanical technical degree (D-3 minimum) or equivalent work experience

2. Has a maximum age of 35 years

3. Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in power plant maintenance or similar

4. Have good communication in English, both oral and written

5. Understanding of operations and maintenance concepts and practices

6. Knowledge of practices, functions and processes involved in the engineering, construction, operations & maintenance of power plant, mechanical drawings and P&IDs

7. Experience with the use of computerized procurement, inventory control and maintenance management systems is beneficial

8. Strong knowledge both rotating and static equipment maintenance is a must

9. Experience handle and supervise contractor jobs is beneficial

10. Experience to operate workshop machine (Lathe, Milling, Drill, etc) is beneficial

 

Job Title : IT Engineer (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Posses at least Bachelor’s Degree from University, preferably from Information Technology or a related field is required

2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an IT engineer

3. Demonstrated experience in SAP FICO functional roles, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting

4. Proficiency in Maximo Workflow, Database, and Screen Customization

5. Experience with SAP BASIS operational tasks, including system administration and maintenance

6. Proficient in maintaining Hyper Converge Infrastructure (HCI), with a particular focus on the NUTANIX platform

7. Advantageous to have experience in software architecture or full-stack development, showcasing a broader understanding of IT systems

8. Strong knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack is essential for network configuration and troubleshooting

9. Experience in maintaining and configuring hypervisor platforms for virtualization

10. Knowledge of Azure Active Directory architecture and hands-on experience in Microsoft Servers administration would be advantageous

11. The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English

 

Job Title : Mechanical Technician Leader (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Posses at least D3/D4/Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree may be advantageous

2. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in power plant maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems

3. At least 5 years of experience in a Team Leader role, demonstrating leadership and supervisory capabilities

4. Strong understanding of operations and maintenance management concepts and best practices within the power generation industry

5. In-depth knowledge of power plant engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance processes

6. Proficiency in inspecting and repairing steam turbines, combustion turbines, generators, heat recovery steam generators, and associated equipment in a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCP)

7. Expertise in inspecting, repairing, installing, and removing various mechanical equipment, including pumps, fans, valves, pipe work, heat exchangers, tanks, and mechanical structures within the CCP

8. Ability to understand power station processes, interpret mechanical drawings, and utilize P&IDs to solve operational challenges

9. Familiarity with contract administration, including budgeting systems

10. Proven leadership skills in multicultural environment, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

11. Experience with computerized procurement, inventory control, and maintenance management systems

12. Thorough understanding and commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) programs and practices

13. Proficiency in using MS Office programs, including Project, for effective project and team management

14. The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English

 

Job Title : Instrument & Control Engineer (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

2. Professional engineering license or certification is preferred

3. Proven experience as an Instrument & Control Engineer in a power generation or industrial setting

4. Strong knowledge of control system design, instrumentation, and PLC/DCS programming

5. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NERC, IEEE, IEC)

6. Proficiency in control system software and tools (e.g., SCADA, HMI, PLC programming software)

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

9. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

10. Commitment to safety and environmental compliance

11. The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English

 

Job Title : Junior Mechanical Engineer (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

2. 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or internship in the power generation, energy, or related industry.

3. Basic understanding of gas turbine operation, thermodynamics, and power plant systems.

4. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or Python.

5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.

6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings.

7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

8. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and organized performance records.

9. Knowledge of environmental regulations and energy efficiency standards is desirable

Job Title : Junior Electrical Engineer (Location based in Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang)

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

2. 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the power generation or energy sector.

3. Strong interest in power plant operations, performance optimization, and energy systems.

4. Basic knowledge of gas turbine operation, combined cycle systems, and related processes.

5. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques; experience with tools such as Excel, Python, or MATLAB is a plus.

6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from operational data.
