1. Job Title: Materials Logistic Coordinator
Timika, 12 months
Report to: Materials Manager.
• Collecting Project materials Manifest as per shipping schedule
• Prepare the required space ready at receiving laydown Cargo dock prior the ship arrives at Cargo dock.
• Preparing the Priority delivery plan to Project Laydowns
• Do coordination with Transport/Barge operator and COMPANY MCG for delivery schedule inbound and outbound accordingly,
• To monitor and control Project’s materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) scheduled by MCG/GSC from Cargo dock to Portsite and to COMPANY laydown,
• To create VRMS and HMAF/OSH form for Contractors on COMPANY system
• Monitoring and control the contractor and sub-contractor Material management execution according to Contactor Material Management Execution Plan.
• Monitor Owner Purchased Materials from suppliers to Company Off-site facilities,
• To monitor and control Project Materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) from Company’s Offsites to Cargo dock onsite,
• To monitor and control Project Materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) from Portsite Jetty to COMPANY laydown,
• To follow-up OSDR (over short damage Report) to Project Procurement to close out
• To expedite the Urgent Owners Purchased materials to Procurement.
• Processing Project’s Material Request (MR) for Reservation, Procurement and COMPANY Inter Departments services
• To monitor and control mrs to close out, including back charging reporting to Project Contract Group
• To monitor and control Backloads containers, Backloads for Owners and Vendor Materials from COMPANY laydown to Cargo Dock and from COMPANY laydown to Cargo dock
• To monitor and control Scrap materials according to Project instruction and COMPANY regulations
• Organizing with KPI for the Barge and handling Equipment utilization at Portsite to support the Project requirement
• Recording, Filing and Reporting.
• Hand-over document, materials to COMPANY operation.

2. Job Title: Pre-commissioning Supervisor
Gresik, 6 months
Reports To: Pre-Commissioning Lead Supervisor
Supervises: Subcontractors
Responsibilities;
• Coordination of the Pre-commissioning team during pre-commissioning execution at site
• Guarantee the safe execution of Pre-commissioning, start-up and operation and emergency procedures during the pre-commissioning phase.
• Monitor and coordinate vendors, subcontracts and supplier service member’s requirements during pre-commissioning activities.
• Monitor and control specialized cleaning requirements as well as any specialized tools or equipment requirement.
• Support HSE group during pre-commissioning activities and monitor compliance to overall project safety plan to ensure the safety of the facility and its personnel.
• Execute Pre-commissioning activities as required by the execution plan.
• Responsible for pre-commissioning activities within Project/Client, local, and national environmental policies, regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning activities with other disciplines and departments at the Project.
• Propose any improvements or enhancements to the Pre-commissioning Lead SV.
• Ability to understand and comply with the Corporate HSSE Policy and Project HSSE Policy.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in Oil & Gas, Chemical and/or Mining projects
• Has experience in all aspects of Pre-commissioning work on Oil & Gas, Chemical and/or Mining projects system administrator in at least one project1. Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
• To have knowledge of best practices in construction and Pre-commissioning work execution of stick built method projects.
• Verifiable leadership and Oil & Gas and/or Mining Project Supervision skill and experience with all aspects of Pre-commissioning.
Behavioral Skills:
• A sound knowledge of Oil &Gas, Chemical and/or Mining Pre-commissioning and Commissioning practices, procedures, systems
• Able to work with minimum supervision

3. Job Title: Commissioning Automation Supervisor

The Commissioning Automation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems in a smelter environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, as well as training new staff on the use of automation systems.
List of Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in commissioning and maintenance of automation systems in a smelter environment
• Knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly

4. Job Title: Commissioning Electrical Supervisor

The Commissioning Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems at our smelter. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety procedures, as well as ensuring that all electrical systems are compliant with local regulations.

5. Job Title: Commissioning I&C Supervisor

Description
The Commissioning I&C Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all commissioning activities are completed in accordance with project specifications, safety requirements, and industry standards. The supervisor will coordinate the commissioning activities of subcontractors and vendors, provide technical support to operations personnel, and ensure that all instrumentation and control systems are functioning properly. Additionally, the supervisor will provide training to personnel on the operation of instrumentation and control systems.
List of Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 15+ years’ experience in instrumentation and control systems commissioning
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and other related documents

6. Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for the successful completion of projects in the smelting industry. This includes project management, budgeting, scheduling, and engineering design. The Senior Project Engineer will also be responsible for managing project teams and providing technical guidance and support to other engineers on the team.
The Senior Project Engineer will work closely with other departments such as procurement, operations, safety, and maintenance to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for developing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and safety in the smelting industry.

8. Job Title: QAQC Manager

The correct candidate will assist the project quality manager in the measurement and compliance of construction & procurement materials against approved engineering and local, national, and international standards.
• Primary duties (but not limited to) as a Deputy Quality Assurance Manager is to proactively work in a bilateral fashion with all departments and contractors to ensure conformance with contract documents and all applicable codes and standards.
• Work includes cultivating a team effort regarding project quality and acting as a liaison with all stakeholders in leading the quality effort.
• The appropriate individual will be expected to perform oversight of all construction discipline inspections and therefore should have a clear understanding of most inspection activities and their probability of detection and limitations.
• The appropriate individual may also be asked to lead the quality effort in concert with Prime contractor’s QA managers and promote a one team inclusive effort between work share offices, home office, site and contractors.
• The individual will assist the quality manger in in planning and executing the PAP, Project Audit Plan, participation in contractual meetings, final walk downs and tentatively travel either nationally or internationally at the request of the project director.
Qualifications:
• 20+ years’ experience in construction inspection of major projects
• 15 years’ experience in oil and gas or mining projects
• 10 years experience in past quality assurance or quality control activities
• Experience in international project preferred

9. Job Title: Document Controller

• Recording all inbound Engineering Documents received from all project stakeholders into PMC EDMS System
• Issuing PMC Engineering Documents on transmittals
• Managing PMC Engineering Document review of EPC Contractor deliverables
• Managing PMC Engineering Technical documents such as specification deviation requests and technical queries
• Weekly reporting on the status of PMC Engineering Documentation
• Preparing and issuing Engineering Minutes of Meeting
• Perform document control services on various projects in accordance with the Company document management systems, controls, processes, and procedures. Also, any project specific or other regulatory requirements.
• As required, receive, enter, transmit and file project documentation including the Company, client and third-party documentation.

10. Job Title: Planner

Lead workload activities of the assigned department by planning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities in collaboration with site supervisors through office and field meetings. Plan, schedule, and analyze execution to generate successful resolution of issues. Manage and maintain the integrity of the information management systems to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives.
• Expertise in Building Construction with value US$500,000,000
• 10+ years of related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations including four (4) years of specific Planning experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in applicable field and 10 years of related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations
• Can explain the following: BOMs, The steps for planning a job (Example Jobs will be given), Work order flow, planning for Equipment needs vs planning for manpower,
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft projects, Primavera and PowerPoint
