Texcal Energy Mahato Inc. an operator of onshore PSC in Indonesia requires highly qualified individual to join our Team as follow:

 

1. DRILLING FIELD TEAM LEAD

Responsibility

• Prepare to execute COMPANY’s Drilling – Workover – Well Service Program and give solid technical & operational review and feedback on the shared Program.

• Lead, supervise, coordinate, manage and report all Drilling – Workover – Well Service activities at Rig Site/Field. There will be multiple simultaneous operations and shall be managed accordingly to have smooth parallel operations execution.

• Ensure all the Stock Tangibles are sufficient for the operations, ensure both Rig and Third-Party Services are available, and ready to be utilized to execute and support COMPANY’s Drilling program.

• Ensure all aspect of drilling, work over & well service operations meet the engineering practice, best practice, and industrial standard, time efficient, and cost effective.

• Lead, coordinate, supervise, and manage various Rig and Third-Party service companies’ equipment and personnel on the field to smoothly execute COMPANY’s Drilling – Workover – Well Service program.

• Able to mitigate and give technical advice and practical solution to various Drilling – Workover – Well Service operational problem.

• Ensure all documents are in compliance with COMPANY’s AFE Close Out requirement; example: Signed Berita Acara/MOM, Service job ticket and other related signed document requirement.

• To perform QA/QC all the incoming third-party equipment including preparation of drilling bulk materials.

• Coordinate and communicate with Field Operations Team, other Department that related with Drilling-Workover-Well Services activity, and all services regarding the drilling program and job report on daily basis.

• Prepare and review Daily Operations Report and Daily Cost Report based on daily report from every services.

• Monitoring Drilling material inventory, calculate - forecast material requirements, and provide material request to Drilling Engineer and Drilling Team Lead.

• Provides post-drilling technical summary including Lesson-learnt and final well reports.

• Train and Mentoring including transfer knowledge to Junior Drilling Supervisors.

Requirement

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or Science, preferably Petroleum Engineering.

• Min. 10 (Ten) years’ experience in Drilling Operations as Drilling Field Supervisor.

• Have a valid Well Control Certificate (Supervisory Level).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding presentation skills.

• Understand the overall processes to execute drilling program and evaluated budget.

• Very good leadership skills are required.

• Excellent management skills.

• Teamwork and able to manage the team on location.

2. DRILLING OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Responsibility

• Perform daily operations surveillance in terms of cost and duration (operations performance) including QA/QC DDR/DCR and any operational reports required.

• Perform Contract/Tender Preparation for any Drilling/WOWS required services/material/equipment.

• Perform Service provider’s invoices review and verification including as Cost Control which to monitor the actual cost with respect to Contract and AFE Limit.

• Assist Drilling Engineer in preparing drilling/workover/well service program including assist Drilling Operations Team to execute COMPANY’s Drilling – Workover – Well Service operations.

• Assist Drilling Team to prepare any documents required to be used in Coordination, Communication, and Reporting all Drilling – Workover – Well Service activities.

• Prepare, Review, and Coordinate the material inventory to perform COMPANY’s drilling/workover program.

• Assist in Ensure all aspect of drilling, work over, & well service planned operations meet the engineering practice, best practice and industrial standard, time efficient, and cost effective.

• Additional Value for ability to simulate Landmark drilling engineering software i.e Compass, StressCheck, WellPlan i.e Torque & Drag and Hydraulics.

• Assist Drilling Team to ensure all documents are in compliance with COMPANY’s AFE Close Out requirement; example: technical/operational MOM with SKK Migas, AFE / Budget preparation and submission to SKK Migas.

• Assist Drilling Team to perform inspection and QA/QC of all the third-party equipment including Rig prior to mobilization.

• Prepare and review Daily Operations Report and Daily Cost Report based on daily report from every services.

• Review and QA/QC on the incoming invoices from Rig and Service Partners including to tracking them.

• Monitoring Drilling material inventory, calculate - forecast material requirements, and provide material request to Drilling Team Lead should it be required.

• Provides post-drilling technical summary including Lesson-learnt and final well reports.

• Willing to work 24/7 with fast-pace as to help Drilling Team to monitor operations.

Requirement

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in engineering or Science, preferably Petroleum Engineering.

• Min. 3 (Three) years’ experience in Drilling Industry as Drilling Operations Support.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with good presentation skills.

• Understand the overall processes to execute drilling program and evaluated the budget.

• Good leadership skills are required.

• Attentive to details.

• Data analytics for Decision Making.

• Good administrative skills.

• Good attitudes and working ethics.

• Teamwork and able to work together as a team in office.

• Able to work under pressure and able to keep Company Confidential.

3. HSSE OFFICER

Responsibility

• Plan the Company's work safety program to run well and monitor the implementation of the program continuously.

• Facilitator of processing environmental permit/documents such as UKL UPL, EBA, PERTEK, Proper, AMDAL etc.

• Responsible to environment reports e.g SIMPLE, SIRAJA etc.

• Routinely monitor the company's K3 implementation in accordance with SMK3, ensuring that the SMK3. program gets maximum results during external audits.

• Involved and active in controlling and reducing the Company's work accident rate every month.

• Monitor & review CSMS.

• Responsible for preparing HAZOP and HAZID.

• Design training programs to provide safety awareness education & carries out any internal HSSE training.

• HSE Audit for internal and business partner.

• Monitoring Work Plans and Budgeting of HSSE.

Requirement

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.

• Min. 7 (seven) years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry or similar field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding presentation skills.

• Technical & Supervision capabilities.

• Good communication with team and external.

• Good overview of Operations, Drilling & Maintenance activities.

• Good Relationship with KLHK & SKK K3LL dept.

• Capability to Handle Work in Limited Time.

• Capability to Manage Pressure between Team.

4. Reservoir Engineer

Responsibility

• Analyze all test data and ensure accuracy of same and assist to design reservoir models.

• Monitor and analyze reservoir performance and collaborate with geoscientists and design development activities.

• Develop field plans for water injection and recommend improvements to same and perform analysis. on all tests through standard applications and monitor all field and well performance.

• Reservoir Processing & Interpretation such as such as fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, reservoir simulation, well testing, and production engineering.

• Support Drilling Activities & Operations.

• Preparation of Study and Drilling Program to SKK Migas.

• Meeting and Discussion with SKK Migas for Related Study.

• Support WP&B Document Preparation & Discussion.

• Support AFE submission.

• GGR Study Monitoring & Project QC.

• Support Budgetary Planning for GGR Study.

• Support Close Out Document Preparation & Discussion with SKK Migas.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Petroleum Engineer.

• Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in Reservoir eng in Oil & Gas Industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding presentation skills.

• Abilities to use Reservoir Engineer software, conduct Analysis and perform Interpretation.

• Create informative and structured presentations and reports.

• Understand the WP&B processes & Documents Related to Subsurface Programs.

• Understand the AFE processes & Documents Related to Subsurface Programs.

• Understand the Close Out processes & Documents Related to Subsurface Programs.

• Data analytics for Decision Making.

• Good Team Work Abilities and Relationship.

• Able to handle pressure over high phase of working environment.
