PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.
In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.
Maintenance Mechanical Senior Staff
Palu, Central Sulawesi
Responsibilities :
• Supervise and monitor the safety rules and procedures of the Mechanical Section (BLR, STG, and BOP) by the quality management in the Company to ensure the safety and smooth of Power Plant operation.
• Supervise Maintenance Mechanical (BLR, STG, and BOP) activities by working procedure and standard regulation of the company, and correct working tools to avoid any risk to ensure the maintenance activities run safely.
• Evaluate the procedure and work method, material, working duration, troubleshooting, and risk assessment during maintenance of Mechanical equipment (BLR, STG, and BOP) to improve working effectively, efficiency, and safely.
• Prepare and develop procedure/ manual instruction, tools, and material/spare parts to support the maintenance work for facility.
• Prepare an annual budget plan for BLR, STG, and BOP to be proposed to Superior and Conduct the implementation of the approved budget to achieve the Maintenance Mechanical section target.
• Supervise and teach the personnel in the Maintenance Mechanical team to ensure all Company Policies, Plant Procedure, Environmental Standard, permit requirement, and other regulation and standard is well implemented.
• Control and coordinate Work Order and Trouble Memo using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure the work is assigned and the work implementation is well monitored.
• Monitor the implementation of Preventive Maintenance of Mechanical equipment of BLR, STG, and BOP to ensure the availability of mechanical equipment and civil facility is well functioning according to the standard.
• Analyze and plan for any improvement of Mechanical equipment of BLR, STG, and BOP to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of mechanical equipment and civil facility operation, safety, and environment.
• Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved in each shift and small projects to the team members, planning and managing effective work
• Carry out daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM, O/H) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• Schedule both internal and external work(s) reducing unplanned downtime
• Perform direct maintenance during routine, planed, unplanned work.
Qualifications
• Over 5 years experience in Mechanical Maintenance
• Advanced Degree in Engineering or a related major
• GPA ≥ 3.00 from an educational institution
• Enthusiastic, active, and driven to learn
• Able to work with deadline
• A creative mind and discipline
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Accounting Junior Manager
Palu, Central Sulawesi
Responsibilities :
• Supports change management by understanding and addressing impacts of new accounting policies, financial statement initiatives and non-standard transactions
• Initiates comprehensive account assessments to check viability, stability and profitability of business operations
• Investigates daily variances and corrected errors to resolve discrepancies
• Applies proper codes to invoices, files and receipts to keep records organized and easily searchable
• Reviews historical records, current operational data and forecasting information to identify and capitalize on system enhancement opportunities
• Checks payroll, vendor payments, commissions and other accounting disbursements for accuracy and compliance
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements (monthly and yearly)
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Handle all transactions and reconciliation related to banks or related financial institutions (banking reconciliations and monthly balance sheet statements
• Manage company and employee tax calculations and reporting every month and year.
• Assist in coordinating the preparation of the draft audited financial statements and all tax returns in accordance with Indonesian taxation laws and regulations
• Preparing budget forecasts
• Obliged to report and be responsible for every financial report
Qualifications
• Min. Bachelor's degree from finance management and(or) accounting major.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Account department
• ACCA, CPA, CA or a recognized accounting & finance qualification (for example: Brevet A, B, or C) are an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and SAP
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Deep understanding in finance, accounting and tax software
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Procurement Junior Manager
Palu, Central Sulawesi
Responsibilities :
• Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry
• Discover profitable suppliers/ vendors and initiate business and organization partnerships
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Finalize purchase details of orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
• Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of materials
• Collaborate with GA to procure several items for high prices and complex orders
• Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports
• Develop and manage procurement budgets
• Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, operations, and project management, to understand their procurement needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor with minimum experience of 5 years or more in Procurement and purchasing (preferably from energy and power plant industry)
• Experienced in handling purchasing of multiple brands
• Experience in managing procurement processes using SAP
• Familiar with the needs of power plant goods, especially spare parts and heavy equipment
