PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta.  Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

PROCESS PLANT SUPERINTENDENT (Job Code : PPS/XI/23)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties :

• Assist in the management of training and development of process plant employees;

• Manage the operation performance of the Process Plant ensuring short term and long term targets are met;

• Optimization of the Process Plant to design capacity by achieving minimum budget and KPI targets;

• Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and water management and cyanide destruction;

• Manage contract service providers;

• Ensure Environmental compliance;

• Ensure and promote a high expectation of safety compliance;

• Provide relief for Department head in their absence;

• Any other duties may be assigned.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mineral Processing with significant exposure to gold operations and management experience and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positon;

2. Either Metallurgical or Chemical engineering degree favourable but not required;

3. Experience with Equipment Management System through SAP;

4. Good communication skill in Bahasa & English – either written & speaking;

5. Proficient in Ms. Office;

6. Understand statutory regulations;

7. Understand KPI development and implementation;

8. POP/POM certified is preferred;

9. Possess Ahli K3 Kimia certification is advantageous;

10. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

SHORT TERM PLANNING SR. ENGINEER (Job Code: STSSE/XII/23)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties:

• Set high safety standards through reporting of hazards and safety observations and making sure actions are closed out;

• Provide monthly rolling forecast and projection to end of year mine plans to be in line with Budget;

• Ensure that peers understand the mining plan and schedules, and drive plan compliance;

• Ensure daily dig locations matches weekly plans (coordinate well with mining engineers);

• Ensure that weekly plans follow monthly rolling forecast;

• Evaluate Pit design or changes if required to optimise safety & production;

• Ensure mine plans compliance and identify the issues for continuous improvement;

• Provide data (mine schedules, mine designs, and etcs) for RKAB submission annually and liaise with Short Term Planning Superintendent;

• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

1. Graduated from University majoring in Mining;

2. Min. 5 year experience in the mine planning or engineering in Gold Mine Company;

3. Advanced in Computer skill, Mine design & Mine scheduling;

4. Good communication skill in Bahasa & English – either written & speaking;

5. Excellent skill in Surpac & Minesched

6. POP certified is preferred;

7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
