Job Descriptions
Pasir Petroleum Resources Limited has Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with Indonesian Government to explore and develop an Oil & Gas block in Pasir Block, East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant positions:
1. Drilling Engineer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare to execute and supervising Company’s Drilling, Completion, workover and wellservice program, give solid technical & operational review and feedback on the shared Program.
• Prepare proposal drilling include budgetary to SKK Migas.
• Managing the logistics and reporting of operations drilling/workover/wellservice.
• Coordinates and supervises the activities of drilling and completion of development and exploration wells.
• Manages the drilling project contracts. Evaluates and approves the drilling units and associated equipment.
• Consults on reviews and critiques drilling prognoses. Is an active participant in well design reviews and risk assessments.
• Prepare final well report drilling, close out report and involve discussion/coordination with another Department and SKK Migas.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimal bachelor’s degree majoring in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimal 10 years experiences as Drilling Engineer/DWO in upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent in English both written and spoken.
• Have a good networking with SKK Migas.
• Have knowledge and experiences in AFE, Procurement, WP&B and Closed Out.
• Have knowledge and experiences in Drilling Program design.
• Have experiences with drilling operation in Kalimantan Area.
• Able to join immediately.
2. Project Controller
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, calculate estimated cost and work timeline for production facilities and equipment needed for oil transfer.
• Prepare WP&B proposals to obtain approval from management and SKK Migas.
• Monitor and coordinate with vendors to deliver result in accordance with the SOW and supervise work budget.
• Organize repair and maintenance team to carry out routine inspection of production equipment, schedule repair and routine maintenance of the existing equipment.
• Ensure all production and oil transfer equipment are all in good condition, functions well and complies with the required regulations and certification.
• Provide input needed to improve production and oil transfer operation processes in more efficient way in terms of time and cost to produce qualified oil according to refinery's requirements.
• Carry out planning to build permanent facilities in Kinanti and Lawe-Lawe in accordance with the Feed Study with the result s of facilities that are reliable and effective in terms of timing and cost.
• Ensure all administration documents required internally are complete and compatible for ending a project (PIS/P3), the change of scope of work and budget are well documented for AFE close out and audit purposes.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/process engineering.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in oil and gas industry.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in KKKS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Budget and Report Officer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling all payment
• Prepare monthly budgeting schedule payment (internal)
• Manage cash inflows and outflows efficiently
• Handling financial reports (internal report for owner)
• Prepare contract expenditure ( cost controller)
• Prepare contract control
• Prepare PPh 21 calculation
• Support Tax Report
• Handling petty cash
• Translate finance document from Bahasa to Mandarin and vice versa (if needed)
• Liaise with internal, external and any other related parties.
• Other job duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Min. 5 years’ experience in oil and gas industry.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in KKKS
• Preferable certified in A&B Tax Brevet
• Minimal Intermediate Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
