About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

1. Trainer Heavy Equipment Staff

Qualifications:

Minimum D3/S1 any major;

At least 2 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Trainer at smelter company;

Have an active license as "Ahli K3 Umum";

Must have SIM B2 Umum;

Have experience and ability in the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment;

Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy;

Good at discipline and team work;

Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.

  Job Description:

Creating training need analysis, programs, curriculum, schedule, and training materials in terms of HSE;

Deliver training related to practicing operating work units;

Explain the function of panels or indicators on each vehicle unit;

Creating work plans and reports on the results of internal and external training

 

2. Heavy Equipment Trainer Supervisor

Qualifications:

Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering;

Maximum 40 years old with at least 2 years of working experience in the same position;

Experienced and able to understand the types and basics of heavy equipment operation, such as a loader, forklift, crane, excavator, etc;

Have experience and ability in the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment;

Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy;

Preference will be given to those who have attended/provided training at dealers;

Excellent communication and presentation skills;

Understand the pattern of training, coaching, and mentoring;

Discipline and high integration;

Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.

  Job Description:

Creating programs, curriculum and training materials;

Responsible for the development of equipment operator competence heavy;

Ensure the implementation of training and evaluation of training results running continuously;

Ensure that the P2H implementation of the equipment is carried out properly provide an assessment and evaluation of heavy equipment operators.

 

3. Power Plant Trainer Supervisor

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in (Mechanical/Electrica/Chemist Engineering)

Have experience as a Power Plant Trainer (Supervisor level);

Have a certificate of K3 Steam Power Plant and TOT Level 3;

Have an understanding of boiler, turbine, and generator operations.

Have experience in a fabrication company

Have knowledge of Plant Performance Analyst, Technical Knowledge, Maintenance Planning and Repair Maintenance.     

Have 1st Grade/2nd Grade Certificate issued by DOSH / DEPNAKER K3 with minimum 5 years working experience.

Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.

Job Description:

Create plant training programs, curriculum, modules and materials

Responsible for developing the competence of power plant technicians;

Ensure the implementation and evaluation of training results run smoothly and sustainably;

Provide assessment and evaluation to power plant technicians.

 

4. Supervisor QAQC

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in S1 Chemistry / Metallurgy

At least 5 years experience to handle mineral analysis lab (Nickel); and/or 2 years in the same position.

Have a certificate of K3 Chemical officer, PPR

Have a Certificate of Training KAN 17025 and ISO 9001-2018/2015 (Preferred)

Have attended training on the use of XRF equipment

Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with roster 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Jobs Description:

Understand the test method related to how to test Nickel Samples

Understand the process and mechanism of sample preparation and analysis

Understand sample analysis using gravimetry, titration, etc.

Understand the use of XRF in the sample analysis process

Understand the laboratory quality management system (KAN) and PPR

Able to analyze laboratory test result sheets that are issued validly.

Understand related sample umpire

Developing, implementing, checking and reviewing the quality management system on a regular basis.

Ensure the implementation of the quality control system in accordance with the ISO 9001-2018 quality management system.

Control and maintain the validity of standards, inspection and testing methods.

Inspect and certify the results of inspections and tests

Control the duties of staff in the laboratory to ensure that all procedures are followed in handling samples sent by the pulp production sub-section.

Establish the vision, mission, goals, strategies and quality targets of the company within the department.

Provide resources to implement and achieve the company's objectives within the scope of the department.

Establish the vision, mission, goals, strategies and quality targets of the company within the department's scope of work.

 

5. Superintendent QAQC

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in S1 Chemistry / Metallurgy

At least 7 years experience to handle mineral analysis lab (Nickel); and/or 2 years in the same position.

Have a certificate of K3 Chemical officer, PPR

6. Supervisor Tax

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years experience, preferably those who have worked in a tax consultant and are used to working multi-tasking;

Able to perform tax reconciliation and tax planning for companies. Understand the concept of transfer pricing;

Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT, E-BUPOT) and SAP applications;

Able to establish good communication with the tax office;

Thorough, organized and have a good leadership spirit;

Willing to be placed in Head Office (Jakarta).

Job Description:

Review the work of staff regarding the company's monthly tax reporting and ensure that all taxes are paid correctly;

Conduct monthly tax reconciliations both PPh and VAT;

Supervise the tax review process carried out by the appointed consultant;

Assist in the tax audit process that is being undertaken by the company;

Prepare Annual SPT starting from calculating fiscal corrections to reporting.

 

7. HSE Site Services (Superintendent)

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor Degree;

35 – 48 years old;

Have a K3U Expert certification from the Ministry of Manpower, Certification for controlling water, air and B3 waste pollution, K3 Chemical Expert;

Has experience as an Environment in a Factory;

Able to lead a team to work together and also be active in working in the field;

Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with Roster 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

Involved in the preparation and processing of permits related to X-Ray, Certificate of Appropriateness for boiler operation, Image Approval Deed, Technical Approval for Waste Water and Emissions, Technical details of B3 and Non-B3 Waste;

Ensure that obligations in fulfilling permits owned by the company are fulfilled;

Plan and carry out environmental monitoring for water, air, B3 and non-B3 waste;

Responsible for inspection plan for potential environmental pollution in the company area;

Ensure that the work environment program can run well according to plan;

Active in socializing environmental management performance to related departments;

Prepare and provide reports for environmental processing.

 

8. Safety Coordinator Supervisor

Qualifications:

Have a certificate Ahli K3 Umum from Kemenaker RI;

Have a certificate Internal Auditor SMK3/Implementasi SMK3 from Kemenaker RI;

Have Certificate Ahli K3 Kontruksi dari Kemenaker/BNSP from Kemanker RI;

Have a Certificate Ahli K3 Listrik dari Kemenaker/BNSP;

Have a certificate Ahli K3 kebakaran from Kemenaker/BNSP;

Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with Roster 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

Make a Objective Target Health and Safety Program Departemen yearly, monthly, weekly and daily;

Make a HSE Budget Plan and control yearly and monthly;

Monitoring and review compliance Health and Safety Personnel and department weekly and monthly;

Make a monthly Roster Health and Safety Department personnel;

Do coordination to Supervisor from other Departemen about Health and Safety implementation program at department;

Make a report Health and Safety Performance monthly to Head Of Department.

 

9. HRD Assistant Manager - HO

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Management or related;

Minimum 7 years experience in HR;

Have experience in all HR function (Recruitment, Comben, People Development, and Industrial Relation);

Experience in Mining or smelter industry;

Ethical, resourceful, versatile, hands-on, able to work under pressure & self-driven with good organization skills;

Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

Manages & supports HR Manager day-to-day HR operation within the organization;

Provides advices to managers on employee relation issues;

Establishes employee handbook, HR policies & procedures to ensure internal controls are maintained;

Creating HR systems are effective and efficient, for example by creating SOP, Job Description, Training and Development system;

Compile, carry out and track performance appraisal together with all department heads;

Conducts effective employee communication to ensure good level of engagement;

Responsible for compensation and benefit function such as (payroll, Insurance, salary structure);

Manage MPP and its implementation.

 

10. MEP Engineer (Supervisor) (GNI)

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related

Max. 40 years old;

Having experience min. 8 years in MEP

Having experience in power plant or manufacturing

Computer skill: Autocad, Revit/Sketchup

Assist in the scoping review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.

Willing to be placed in Head Office - Jakarta

Job Description:

Make MEP design drawings for buildings and areas (housing & factories)

Make MEP drawings for PBG and SLF

Calculating the volume and estimated cost of the MEP work according to the design

Execution/ implementation in the field according to the design and or monitoring of contractor work (MEP)

Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time
