Job Title: Electrical Engineer

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer is responsible involved in the development of project specifications, review and approval of design and supply electrical for production facilities, ensuring that facilities it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost, ensuring overall technical integrity of static equipment design.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Engineering Standards: To ensure and that all electrical equipment is designed, installed, operated and maintained National and International standards or other standards as required and within regulatory requirements including the company’s HSEQ system.

2. To choose appropriate international codes and standards when there are no corporate standards available for any particular application.

3. To adapt, extrapolate and customise specifications and data sheets from a given set of applicable design practices.

4. Conceptual and Front End Engineering: To participate and contribute to the safe and efficient mechanical equipment design for major projects, preparing vessel and piping concept definition and basic design

5. EPCI Support: Provides technical assurance in aspects of electrical engineering including response to engineering queries in the execution of development EPCI contracts.

6. Provide technical input in preparing, evaluating and reviewing the electrical project documents such as design basis, design criteria, specification, data sheet, cost estimation.

7. Designs the required electrical system.

8. Responsible for planning, design and construction of electrical system in accordance with company standards and specification

9. Analyses the material proposal or offered, contracts content, working instruction, cost estimation and material requisitions for the construction and installation work.

10. Prepares the design drawing to establish the new standard for the electrical system.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience: Degree in electrical engineering including procurement installation and commissioning. 15 years minimum relevant graduate experience in the oil and gas industries. Knowledge of hazardous areas and hazardous area equipment certification.

Kualifikasi / Qualification: Minimum Electrical Engineering Bachelor (SI) qualification from reputable University

Job Title: Security Officer

Department: HSES

Direct Report to: Field Support Coordinator & Security Supervisor

Direct Subordinate: -

Indirect Subordinate: Chief Security / Security Guard

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

To secure all activities, personnel, equipment, and materials related to operations.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Liaise with SKKMIGAS regional office for any Oil and Gas security activities.

a. Join exercise.

b. Intelligent / information

2. Coordination with other internal departments for any issues that need to be handled by security personnel whether it’s on site or headquarters.

3. Maintain communication and coordination with other security officers or coordinator from other oil and gas companies in the PAMALU region.

g. Etc.

4. Maintain communication and coordination with local authorities (Koramil / Kodim / Kodam / Polsek / Polres / Polda) for any matters related to security and social.

5. Planning, preparing and maintaining the implementation of Security Management System, Access Card System etc.

6. Monitoring media / news related to security matters, especially related to Oil and Gas, in the region.

7. Involving in any event committee for events which held by SKKMIGAS PAMALU related to security.

8. Closely monitor and coordination with Security Contractor (BUJP) hired by Company and make sure all the security plans and company policies are complied with.

9. Maintain the explosive permits and handling, including monitoring transportation of explosive, escort, usage and manage in guarding the explosive on site etc.

10. Continuously conduct security risk assessment or threat assessment onsite and update the security risk profile.

11. Conduct security briefings onsite for any new incoming personnel.

12. Submit daily security reports to FSC and Jakarta Office

13. Assist the External Affair team (escort) onsite for security and social concerns.

14. Others

a. Any other duties related to the job as directed by Superior.

b. Identify any new regulation relevant to security industry, and keep current the Regulatory Compliance Register

External: Any government or private institution related to Security activities, such as TNI/ POLRI, SKKMIGAS, MIGAS and Security Contractors etc.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry with the security relevant position.

Kualifikasi / Qualification: - Hold Gada Utama Certification

- Good awareness in ISPS Code

- Good knowledge in Security Management System (SMP Obvitnas)

- Good Leadership

- Good intelligent and analytical thinking

- Fluent English written and verbal.

- Good Networking in security industry

- Willing to work remotely.
