Job Name: Project Secretary
Job Location: DBS Tower, Jakarta
Employment Duration: Contract with NESF (12 Months)
Our Jakarta office is looking for Project Secretary in DBS tower Jakarta, Indonesia for full-time employment:
Requirements:
Key Performance Indicators: -
• Diploma or Degree in relative major with GPA min. 2.75 on a scale of 4.00.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project secretary experience in Oil& gas industry. Strong with power point, excel (Vlookup, Pivot table, Count IF).
• Manage Staff Travelling (TAF preparations, approvals, claims and Filings)
• Manage Correspondence in GAIA (note correspondence module is different from DC module/function)
• Keep hard records N Work Order Request, PAF, TAF and other Contractual related document (Invoices etc)
• Manage MOM and filings Manage Meetings, coordination etc. Manage Project Folders for Project (IT)
• Manage interaction with outside TEN (IT for services, Admin, HR)
• Manage GEOS issues (TS, Claims, Approval)
• Interaction to counterpart in Company for Office arrangements
• Focal point with HQ Engineering Company for all internal matters (PPE, travel, HR, Admin, IT)
• Good communication skills in English.
• Fluent in English.
