Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

1. Sr Production Technologist

Responsible to carry out a reservoir engineering technical evaluation through Life-of-Field (LOF) reservoir engineering evaluation and services in a conceptual and full Field Development Plan (FDP), Full Field review (FFR), reservoir management, reserves addition, Annual Review of Petroleum Resources (ARPR), and subsurface related activities in order to monetise, achieve optimum hydrocarbon production and reserves exploitation, as well as to maximise value return and sustainable business growth in line with the company’s current and future business requirement in field appraisals, development, and production.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree level in Petroleum or related science subjects with minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry.

• Strong influencing skills based on good technical basis and judgement is critical to ensure effectiveness in providing production technology inputs in Multi-disciplinary team.

• Good team players with high professionalism and integrity on the sub-surface technical evaluation/proposal is critical to ensure high quality, effective and timely decision making by the management.

2. Sr Capability Officer

Execute capability-building strategies, programs and initiatives for Indonesia Operations to build a sustainable talent pool of highly competent workforce to enhance business competitiveness and support its operations and growth.

Key Accountabilities

1) Capability Development Strategy & Initiatives

Execute the development and implementation of Indonesia Operations' specific capability strategy framework and guidelines to ensure effectiveness of capability strategy deliverables and expectations across Indonesia Operations.

2) Capability Development Program

Implement of Capability Development Program and intervention plan e.g. competency assessment, learning solutions to sustain operational excellence and support business growth.

3) Capability Development Governance and Assurance

Provide advice, guidance, interpretation and assurance on capability matters to ensure compliance and consistency of practice from all stakeholders and alignment to business direction.

4) Strategic Alliances

Establish, steer and drive strategic alliances with internal and external parties to identify and acquire learning technologies/programs and/or opportunities for experiential learning and gap closure.

5) Capability Management Performance and Reporting

Strategize and drive the capability management performance and reporting of the competency bench strength and bench gaps to facilitate upper management decision making in strategy to close the gaps.

6) Stakeholder Management

Drive and manage the stakeholder engagement and communication plan on capability matters to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of practice and promoting balance between business and individual capability development requirements.

Qualification

• Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience

• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills

• Possess strong interpersonal qualities with good networking, leadership skills and independent

• Teamwork and strong emotional stability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
