Export Import Senior Specialist

Job Description:

• Handling all shipments of Bond sale/ High sea sale/ Stock & sale shipments and maintaining data.

• Provide item-wise HS Code to Custom House Agent (PPJK) for preparing the checklist.

• Coordinate with Finance for duty, VAT & revenue deposit payment with the Custom agent to ensure timely delivery.

• Experience in a Warehousing/Distribution/Supply Chain environment, preferably with core competence in the transportation area.

• KPIs: Process efficiency, Process maturity, Project Management KPIs, Logistics cost as % of revenues, On-time Custom clearance, Statutory Compliance related to Custom, NWC.

• Organisation contribution: Logistics Shipments, Freight Cost efficiency.

• Work with customs / CIQ, bankers to ensure statutory compliance and resolve queries.

• Identify and report any unsafe work behaviors/practices, hazards, and incidents immediately.

• Conduct yourself in accordance with company EHS Vision to achieve Zero Harm to our people, the environment we work in, our customers, and our suppliers.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling import/export for at least 5-7 years and having held a Senior Import Specialist level position, within a Supply Chain Environment, specifically importation.

• Understanding of import processes and related regulations, e.g.: PIB, PEB, DHE, PPE, PPI, Incoterm, PLB, Post Border, NPE, NPD, Notul, Lartas, PI, SNI, and their applicable regulations.

• Preferably experienced, especially in the forwarding field.

• Mandatory to have a PPJK certificate.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a business or supply chain discipline.

• English Proficiency: Advanced (CEFR C1/ Completed EF level 12).

• Ability to travel regionally if required.

• Good knowledge of main in/outbound transport logistics and On-Time Delivery processes in general.

• Good working knowledge of International Trade and Freight processes.
