An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our operations with a variety of projects and challenging tasks in SCM Asset area, we are looking for highly motivated professionals eager for brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration to achieve operational excellence to fill the following position :

SUPERVISOR WAREHOUSE

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to ensure the flow of materials and supplies is received and issued in a safe and timely manner that contributes to high service level. This position also ensures safe and efficient warehouse operation for the area of responsibility.

• To oversee and direct daily warehouse operational activities and functions including receipt, item checking, discrepancies, storage, bin location maintenance, parts preservation and issuing Company inventory.

• To provide supervision and advice to warehouseman and subordinates in safe warehousing techniques, inventory storage methods and stock rotation to ensure inventory is controlled in an efficient manner.

• Ensure that appropriate documentation and authorizations are correct for the receipt, issuance and shipment of materials and supplies.

• Ensure that receiving operations are conducted in a timely manner and ensure discrepancy reports are processed when discrepancies exist.

• Report the status of warehousing activities to Senior Specialist warehouse on a regular basis.

• Monitor the warehouse non-action report to ensure warehouse acquittals have been processed in a timely manner.

• Oversee roster schedules and shift rotations to ensure adequate manpower coverage to support continued operations.

• Coordinate stock-outs of Critical spares to Inventory Control and Expediting sections.

• Respond immediately to the emergency requirements of equipment breakdowns to support operational requirements.

• Report to Senior Specialist Warehouse about stock that is unserviceable or damaged due to incorrect storage practices.

• Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in related fields with 8 years’ warehousing or logistic experience working in multi warehouse locations in Mining/ Constructions/ Oil & Gas Industry;

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position as Supervisor/ Coordinator Warehouse ;

• Able to driving car SIM A

• Have active SIO License - Container Handler, Forklift, Loader, Rigging & Slinging (preferable);

• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate;

• Must have strong ability to plan, organize work and maintain adherence to policies and procedures.

• Have basic professional communication skills in English both verbal and written;

• Computer literate (Working knowledge of MS Office–Word and Excel applications; SAP warehousing / stores modules).

ANALYST COMPLIANCE (STOCK TAKING)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for suggesting enhancements to policies and procedures in the event of reoccurring inventory accuracy within the warehouse group.  This position also works in conjunction with internal and external audits groups during site review and compliance testing within warehouse areas.  Compliance Analyst is also responsible to track the issuance, dispatch and incoming receipt of repairable components.

• To conduct self-assessment audits to ensure individual warehouses are performing their duties in adherence to established policies and procedures.

• To perform physical inventory cyclic stocktaking at all warehouse locations.

• To monitor warehouse operations areas to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

• To audit document control within the warehouse data input area.

• Performs physical cyclic stocktaking at all warehouses and lay down locations and investigates variances.

• Prepare inventory adjustment sheets and forward though to immediate supervisor for review.

• Prepares reports advising management of count discrepancies found by warehouse locations.

• Performs audits and inspections in the data input area to ensure documentation is processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Coordinates with Administration Coordinators to investigate and resolve negative stock-on-hand balances.

• Performs physical inspection of Capitalized and Insurance items to ensure inventory is stored in an appropriate manner that protects its condition.

• Checks material-in-transit reports to determine if inventory has been physically received but not yet acquitted.

• Review warehouse non-action reports to monitor warehouse service level performance.

• Recommends stock preservation to warehouse supervisors for items that require special storage requirements.

• Coordinates with user departments to ensure that technical inspections are performed on repaired items prior to storage.

• Control secure cyclic count records through centralized filing for all warehouse counts performed.

• Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in engineering, supply chain or equivalent;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics management in Mining/ EPC Industry with a minimum 3 of those years working in a similar position as Analyst Compliance (Stock Taking) in multi warehouse locations.

• Previous experience in SAP would be preferable.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

ANALYST INVENTORY CONTROL & CATALOGUING

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Create new catalogue items as requested by user Department through series of assessment to determine stock classification, mnemonic, etc.

• Change material master information based on review result with user area

• Cleansing potential duplication of material master

• Standardize material description and manufacture part number

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain or equivalent; Have Post Graduate Degree or other International Certifications in Supply Chain Management is preferable;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics management in Mining/ EPC Industry with a minimum 3 of those years working in a similar position as Inventory Control & Cataloguing Analyst;

• Experience in Materials Planning and Order Commitment within the Supply Chain system;

• Previous experience in SAP would be preferable.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
