PT.M3 Ketapang Sejahtera; one of owner and operator of a full-fledged Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading facility (FPSO) which is located at north of the coast of Madura Island, Indonesia invites you to join the team for the following positions:

1. Rotating Equipment Engineer (Rotating)

Mechanical or relevant engineering degree with min 8 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience in operation and maintenance.

Having solid experience in rotating equipment’s, gas turbines, compressors, pumps and air utility compressors in offshore production facilities,

Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and potential failures,

Performing calculations and analyses related to equipment performance, stress, and vibration,

Develop and implement maintenance strategies, this includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans tailored for the specific rotating equipment on boards. Having previous experience under green or brown field modifications project and commissioning activities is added value.

This is a permanent position to be based in Jakarta office with traveling to offshore requirements.

2. Cost Controller (Cost)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience min 10 years’ experience in cost engineering, financial analysis, or related roles within the oil and gas, maritime, or energy sectors, operation and maintenance.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Proficiency in cost estimation, budget management activities and implementation as well as statutory compliances.

Familiarity with project management, operations management principles and practices, especially in the context of operation and maintenance.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to both   technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a permanent position to be based in Jakarta office with not mandatory traveling to offshore requirements.

3. Sr. Reliability & Integrity Engineer (Reliability)

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or any other related degree

Proven experience min 10 years’ experience in oil & gas industry with at least 5 years offshore.

Relevant certifications in areas like Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness-for-Service (FFS), or corrosion management can be advantageous.

Experience in asset integrity management, reliability engineering, inspection, and maintenance strategies.

Knowledge of reliability analysis techniques RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) modelling, and the development of reliability-cantered maintenance (RCM) strategies.

Expertise in integrity assessment methodologies for static equipment and marine system.

This is a permanent position to be based in Jakarta office with traveling to offshore requirements.

4. Finance Dept Manager (Finance)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 10 years experiences.

Managing accounts payable and receivable, Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts. Preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring expenses vs budget. Review & consolidate departmental budget into financial budget. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Managing cash flow, revenue, expenditure, conducting financial forecasting and budgeting, processing & routing payment requisition with the bank remittance. Preparing and filing tax returns. Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Researching tax issues and staying up-to-date on tax law changes. Representing the company in tax audits. Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts. Liaise with tax agent to prepare yearly tax return CIT and transfer pricing document.
