PT SELE RAYA BELIDA as one of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC/KKKS) and operate oil and gas block at Belida Block in South Sumatera is hiring:

 

Tax Accounting Staff

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas sector 

• Preferably have brevet certification

• Good communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with company management 

• Detail-oriented, possessing strong legal analytical skills, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare calculation of taxes: Income Tax Article 23/26 (Pph 23/26), Final Income Tax (PPh Final), and monthly Output VAT (Value Added Tax).

• Prepare tax reporting: Unified Income Tax (Pph 23/26, PPh Final), Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21) & monthly VAT via Coretax 

• Prepare the calculation report for state revenue (LPN) from Oil & Gas Lifting

• Prepare tax invoices for oil & gas invoices.

• VAT Reimbursement to SKK Migas

• Review the Accounts Payable (AP) invoice journal

• Review Purchase Orders (PO) / Work Orders (WO)

• Prepare the electronic withholding tax slip (e-bupot) for Unified Income Tax

• Prepare the Taxpayer Notification Letter (SPOP) for annual Land and Building Tax (PBB)

• Assist month end closing

• Prepare reconciliations for all taxes payable accounts

• Prepare reconciliations, documentations etc as requested by tax office during all audits

Legal Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited university.

• Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience as a Legal Staff, preferably in the oil and gas/energy industry or within a KKKS.

• Good understanding of upstream oil and gas regulations and the applicable rules and governance under SKK Migas and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).

• Good understanding of the oil and gas procurement tender process, including the implementation of PTK 007 Revision 5.

• Good understanding of Farm-in / Farm-out transactions and Participating Interest arrangements.

• Good understanding of company law (limited liability companies), land law, manpower law, and corporate law to support oil and gas operational activities.

• Ability to draft and review contracts and agreements in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Good understanding of the Joint Operation Agreement (JOA) structure in the oil and gas industry.

• Good spoken and written English proficiency

• Detail-oriented, possessing strong legal analytical skills, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

• To draft, review, and provide legal opinion on contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to upstream oil and gas operations.

• To provide legal support and advisory services for KKKS activities, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the fields of oil and gas, corporate law, manpower, licensing, and land affairs.

• To provide legal support in oil and gas procurement activities, including the review of tender documents in accordance with PTK 007 Revision 5.

• To coordinate and communicate with SKK Migas, government authorities, business partners, and third parties on legal matters.

• To prepare and manage legal correspondence and documentation in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• To support the handling of legal issues, claims, potential disputes, and other legal matters related to field operational activities.

Operation Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Process, Petroleum, Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent technical experience.

• Additional certification in Operations Management, Process Safety, or Asset Integrity is an advantage

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Operations or Production Supervision/Management within Oil & Gas production or process facilities.

• Proven experience managing multi-discipline site teams in complex operating environments.

• Experience working on infrastructure or large Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.

• Exposure to multicultural work environments and international operations.

• Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and site safety practices

• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and a focus on quality

• Knowledgeable of rotating/fixed mechanical equipment, electrical distribution systems, instrument, and control systems maintenance/troubleshooting procedures in a process plant environment.

• Working knowledge of engineering standards.

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to drive execution of projects and strategic and tactical initiatives.

• Must possess proven leadership, team building, and decision-making skills.

• Must be safety, reliability, and efficiency focused and possess strong planning and maintenance execution skills.

• Proven ability to lead and quickly adapt to changing situations.

• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse and inclusive workforce to achieve desired results.

• Exceptional collaboration, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and oversight of operations management systems, process safety, and performance improvement tools to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.

• Demonstrate effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills in managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

• Ensure compliance with international engineering and operational standards (API, ISO, ASME) and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Develop, implement, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and systems.

• Lead and support Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and service providers for external and specialized maintenance activities.

• Identify and manage critical spares, tools, and materials to support operational continuity and reduce equipment downtime.

• Enforce all HSE policies, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with company standards, regulatory authorities, and requirements.

• Accountable for achieving maintenance and operational KPIs, including technician coaching, performance monitoring, and training development.

• Support spare parts and warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock counts, critical spare reviews, and procurement activities.

• Prepare scope of work, purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, and contract management for outsourced maintenance services.

• Forecast, monitor, and control maintenance and operations budgets to meet approved financial targets.

• Participate in and support emergency response activities, assuming assigned roles and responsibilities as required.

• Oversee the safe and reliable operation of multiple process units within the facility.

• Lead and manage special projects, plant upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.

• Deliver defined annual productivity and efficiency improvement targets.

• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance strategies to ensure cost- effective and reliable operations.

• Coordinate major plant maintenance, repairs, turnarounds, and upgrades to minimize disruption to production and customer supply.

• Drive compliance with all company policies, procedures, programs, and standards across the operations team.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, OEMs, and technical partners.

• Engage internal and external technical resources to support complex projects, troubleshooting, and reliability initiatives.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication across site operations and the wider organization.

• Respond urgently to operational upsets and corrective maintenance events, mobilizing appropriate resources to minimize operational impact.

• Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for major equipment failures and unplanned shutdowns.

• Coordinate with internal and contracted logistics teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of bulk products to customers.
