PT. TRIPATRA ENGINEERS AND CONSTRUCTORS

We're looking for several positions with detail :

Sulawesi Selatan

1. Quantity Surveyor

Requirments :

Minimum Education:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.

Experience:

3–5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in mid- to large-scale building projects, workshops, and/or warehouses.

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of quantity measurement methodologies (e.g., SNI, SMM7, POMI) and applicable construction standards.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, contract analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with accurate data analysis skills.

• Able to work independently with high initiative as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly preferred.

• Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with quantity surveying/estimation software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CostX, or other QS tools.

Additional Knowledge:

• Good understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards.

• Domicile in Sulawesi Selatan and able to join immediately will be an advantage

2. QC Inspector Electrical & Instrument

Minimum Education:

Diploma (D3) or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience as a QC Inspector in Electrical and/or Instrumentation fields.

Technical Expertise:

• Thorough understanding of quantity measurement methodologies in Electrical and/or Instrumentation, aligned with applicable inspection standards.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, contract analysis, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with precise and accurate data analysis capabilities.

• Able to work independently with high initiative and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Additional Knowledge:

• Good understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards.

• Domicile in Sulawesi Selatan and able to join immediately will be an advantage

3. Field Inspector

Requirements :

Minimum Education:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields.

Experience:

2–3 years of experience as a Field Inspector, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in mining projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge of earthworks, geotechnical principles, and hydrology.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction standards.

• Familiarity with soil density testing methods (e.g., sand cone, nuclear densimeter) and other material testing techniques.

• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in mining/construction environments.

Skills and Attributes:

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Sharp observational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal communication and reporting skills.

• Proficient in basic software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work on mining sites, often in challenging environments and flexible schedules.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and ability to operate operational vehicles if required.

• Domicile in Sulawesi Selatan and able to join immediately will be an advantage
