Rotating Mechanical Technician
Position Overview
This role is established to perform daily maintenance tasks on rotating mechanical equipment within oil and gas operations. Technicians must adhere to HSE policies, demonstrate teamwork, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment.
• Comply with HSE regulations and ensure safety in all activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and material management teams.
• Maintain documentation and report to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Participate in training and mentoring programs to build competency.
HSE Responsibilities:
• Promote and adhere to HSE policies.
• Ensure zero discharge of hazardous materials and proper housekeeping.
Qualifications:
• Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
o Level 3: Min. 3 years
o Level 2: Min. 5 years
o Level 1: Min. 7 years
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with SAP and rotating equipment diagnostics.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Instrument Technician Support
Position Overview
Responsible for instrumentation maintenance of plant and well operations. Focused on plant reliability and HSE compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and non-routine instrumentation maintenance.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation in well, plant, and facility.
• Communicate across departments for coordination.
• Maintain and improve quality of work.
• Follow M&R practices aligned with Operations Excellence Framework.
HSE Responsibilities:
• Follow all HSE rules, procedures, and company values.
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications:
• Min. D3 in Physical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience:
o Level 3: Min. 3 years

Electrical Technician Support
Position Overview
Support electrical maintenance tasks in onshore oil operations. Emphasis on HSE policy compliance and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
2. Participate in training programs.
3. Contribute to team maintenance activities.
4. Mentor and coach other personnel.
5. Handle high voltage and overhead line (11 KV).
6. Use SAP system for work processes.
HSE Responsibilities:

Construction Lead
Job Description
The Construction Lead will manage and supervise the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site construction from start to commissioning and startup.
• Develop and execute construction strategies including logistics and community relations.
• Ensure HSE compliance and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, commissioning, and operations.
• Design and implement “permit to work” and site coordination procedures.
• Participate in tendering and contractor selection.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years in large-scale energy sector construction (Oil & Gas, LNG, Power, Geothermal).
• Experienced in EPC (greenfield & brownfield), shutdowns, tie-ins.
• Able to manage 2,000+ field workers and coordinate multiple contractors.
• Strong skills in logistics, steel structure, piping, major equipment handling.
• Understanding of social impact, local engagement, and vendor development.
• Report writing, progress payments, field change order handling.
• Willingness to be based in remote project locations.
Preferred:
• PMP, CSP, welding inspector, or similar certifications.
• Experience with multinationals like Chevron, BP, ConocoPhillips, Worley Parsons.
• Track record of safe project delivery (zero injuries, safe manhours).
Senior Project Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Project Engineer will support development of onshore gas production facilities with integrated carbon capture. The role requires extensive client-side EPCI project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define project requirements with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports, meeting minutes, and general documentation.
• Conduct reviews, risk assessments, and updates for senior management.
• Resolve technical/operational issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and review project contracts (FEED, EPC).
• Maintain and update project issue logs.
• Participate in tendering, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Assist in variation and contractor claim resolution.
• Apply safe work practices as per standards.
• Other assigned duties.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of client-side experience in large-scale EPCI projects.
• Experience in onshore gas facility development and commissioning.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and project management.
• Skilled in managing engineering/construction teams.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level.
