PT Cakrawala Langit Sejahtera (CLS) is a reputable mining contracting company committed to delivering operational excellence across Indonesia's mining sector. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Mine Engineer Superintendent to join our team. This leadership role is essential to ensure the achievement of both internal and client production targets, with a focus on engineering best practices, safety, environmental standards, and optimal resource utilization.

Location: Tabang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and evaluate mine plans (yearly, quarterly, and monthly) aligned with internal targets and client expectations, ensuring timely approval and implementation.

- Design strategic mine plans and annual budgets, including forecasting resource, equipment, and fuel requirements.

- Monitor and assess operational performance, including equipment productivity, survey outcomes, and production efficiency, to ensure alignment with mine design.

- Supervise engineering activities across the mining site, overseeing planning, execution, and project completion.

- Ensure engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications.

- Prepare and analyze monthly production targets and mine designs, including overburden (OB) and infrastructure planning.

- Propose and implement technical solutions to address operational challenges.

- Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and enhance performance.

- Manage engineering budgets, including procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.

- Conduct due diligence on prospective mining projects and provide strategic recommendations.

- Foster effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, local communities, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the coal mining industry, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and engineering principles.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- High level of adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Willingness to travel and work in remote project locations.

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

- Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM), CP/CPI – preferred

- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A)
