We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Lead Civil / Marine
JOB ROLES
• Manage and lead Civil/Marine engineering team; Establish review and monitor Civil/Marine engineering project plan, strategy and target based on Civil/Marine engineering design approved in the project phase; Review the project specification developed by FEED Contractor that align with best industrial practices, review any deviation to industrial standard; Evaluate and revised Civil/Marine engineering strategic plan, detailed design and detailed project plan and target according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of project phase as guideline; Monitor, review and coordinate OLNG Civil/Marine project schedule with related department in order to ensure availability of integrated OLNG Civil/Marine engineering project plan.
• Ensure that all technical design for Civil and Marine based on the latest survey data and seismic result, and suitable for at least 30 years operation.
• Lead and manage Civil/Marine engineering team in preparing Work Program & Budget and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) based on SKKMIGAS requirement including its supporting document; Coordinate with internal project team and related department on preparing project WP&B and AFE. Manage to get all required approval from the Head Quarters, Management, Business Partners, and SKKMIGAS and provide direction and strategy to accelerate the approval process to ensure complete and accurate OLNG Civil/Marine engineering budget and project schedule submission.
• Evaluate OLNG Civil/Marine engineering tenders, and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors; Coordinate and conduct Contractors/Vendors visit to gather information that support detailed Civil/Marine engineering and preparation in order to provide recommendations for Civil/Marine engineering in OLNG contract and tender process and its terms and conditions.
• Review, analyse and report any change occurrence in Civil/Marine engineering OLNG; Implement and monitor MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; Coordinate and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure any changes arisen in Civil/Marine engineering OLNG is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost.
• Monitor and evaluate Contractors’ works related to OLNG Civil/Marine installation in overall OLNG project with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information in the each of project phase; provide solution on any issues and arisen problems; set up communication of OLNG Civil/Marine installation status with related department in order to ensure OLNG Civil/Marine installation meet engineering/technical standards, and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall OLNG Civil/Marine installation.
• Ensure both FEED design output competitively meet Company requirements, and all technical intellectual property is kept as confidential information.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 13 years of experience in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. LNG plant civil engineering experiences or equivalent are required as well as coastal/marine civil engineering, is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in foundation design, especially in conditions where limestone predominates, including expertise in earthwork planning and execution. Familiarity with steel and other construction materials.
• Knowledge of major domestic and international standards and codes related to civil and architectural engineering (Participation in the development of such standards would be an advantage).
2. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (GEP)
JOB ROLES
• Responsible for identification of LLIs for GEP and subsea equipment
• Responsible for preparation of LLIs procurement strategy for GEP and subsea equipment and related EPC tender documents
• Provide advance professional expertise to evaluation of EPC proposals
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required
3. Early Work LNG Construction Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Develop the scope of work for Early Infrastructure Work and provide input to the potential contractor to develop Construction Execution plan in line with FEED Contractor requirements. The input shall be consistent with engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other defined specifications;
• Construction Planning
• Manage the deliverable of Early Work Construction Planning; Construction Schedule; Support Construction Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Manage Construction Risk Assessment & Analysis; Manage Construction Stakeholders Interfaces; Develop and Implement Labor Management Plan; Support Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Plan Construction Completions, Turnover, and Closeout Works Processes.
• Lead Early Work Constructability Review - The purpose of this review is to ensure that construction knowledge, experience and expertise is incorporated as early as possible in the design to gain maximum benefit of optimized construction execution
• Coordinate with INPEX FEED Team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works defined in Contract Deliverable list related to FEED requirements.
• Provide recommendations and technical input on Construction engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors to meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the OLNG Facilities
• Construction Safety
• Ensure that Early Work Construction safety in Compliance with Construction Safety Requirements Per Jurisdiction, Compliance to Construction Permitting Requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.
4. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Develop the equipment list and group the list based on schedule and cost priority;
• Compile all technical, schedule and cost data, and develop the justification, risk and opportunity to be presented to INPEX management, JV and SKKMIGAS;
• Develop the procurements requirements documents for the critical items (equipment);
• Support the communication with Vendors, Develop the agreement of Purchase Order Novation to EPC Contractor as part of EPCI Contract to the selected Consortium;
• Ensure that all technical data (Data Sheet) attached to PO is already agreed and countersigned by Potential EPCI Contractors;
• Responsible for monitoring the Long Lead Items manufacturing load that may vary from time to time depending on the order received by them, raise the concern to management for intervention if there is any sign of potential delay.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.
5. Senior Project Engineer (SURF)
JOB ROLES
• Responsible for coordinating non-technical and technical aspects into the SURF BOD, Project Execution Plan, SURF CAPEX Estimate Basis, SURF Schedule Estimate Basis, SURF Quality Management Plan. Act as SURF focal point form project control application to SURF during FEED. As a key member consolidating all SURF FEED deliverables for In-house, partner and regulatory requirements to achieve final investment decision (FID).
• Collaborate closely with the SURF Team on a daily basis and responsible to manage the project.
• Manage SURF interface project controls to ensure good communication of correct information share. Address shortcomings as identified and proactively fill gaps as identified working with others.
• Consolidate, prepare, and report SURF project progress and represent the SURF Manager in absentia during reporting periods with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide the SURF change management focal point role ensuring the SURF Team follows the process to avoid preferential change and control scope and cost.
• Provide the SURF focal point role assuring Company policy and procedures are adhered to and any changes are applied efficiently
• Responsible for contributing and assuring the technical aspects of the SURF EPCI tender documents. Coordinate and work closely with Supply Chain Management, HSSE, Quality, IT, Legal and the Project Controls teams. Good coordination and communication skills are required for this role.
• Provide short duration technical support as small scale studies are identified during FEED executions (i.e. Regulatory Requirements, Lessons Learned from outside, Government requests).
• Responsible for monitoring the Long Lead Items manufacturing load that may vary from time to time depending on the order received by them, raise the concern to management for intervention if there is any sign of potential delay.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry with minimum of 5 years Subsea Project experience

6. Senior Engineer System Engineering (SURF)
JOB ROLES
• Responsible for the overall Systems Engineering. Contribute and assure the basis of design, functional design and execution specification and multiple FEED deliverables. Responsible for ensuring sufficient quality of deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project;
• Provide sufficient depth of analysis of functional requirements and associated impact on an optimized scope. Review and responsible for subsea process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation, subsea connector selection, sparing logic and application of redundancy across the system as well as preservation, storage (wet park) and maintenance decisions. Responsible for leak detection and annulus management requirements and scope solutions analysis;
• Responsible for Subsurface, Wells, Flow Assurance, FPSO, and Export Pipeline. Analyze Subsurface and Flow Assurance advancements technically during FEED with attention to change management. Perform as an active leader in SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry.
• Preferably with a minimum 5 years experience in Subsea Tree design and delivery.
• Preferably with a minimum 5 years experience in Subsea Structures design and delivery.
• Experience in SURF FEED and Subsea Project execution of EPCI
7. Senior Risk Management Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Coordinate and facilitate inter-department and/ or cross-department team to assess project risk, trends and change in every stage of project and implement management system/ control applied in the Company and provide advance expertise and broad knowledge to achieving business project through the organization (Business continuity plan, disaster recovery plan);
• Review and evaluate project risk, trends and change method applied in the Company and monitor the effectiveness to identify and define project risks, and propose change or revision and analyze the trends in order to ensure the method is reliable to provide project profile/ figures;
• Review, analyze and control project change, risk and trends management best practices in global world especially in oil and gas projects, and in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters and related department to develop and propose change and risk management strategy; plan and evaluate trends management in order to ensure availability and reliability for overall project;
• Coordinate project change, risk and trends management documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents and other both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention periods; Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Lead to document and communicate change activities;
• In coordination with project team and related department, develop and propose project plan such as risk avoidance, risk sharing, risk reduction and risk transfer, develop and propose contingency plan and budget for the project stages with high - profile; Determine potential trends and articulates/estimates trend impacts to project cost and schedule in a timely, accurate and logical manner in order to reduce and minimize impact of unexpected occurrence on project plan;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand the impacts of the change and project implementation plan to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives;
• Propose general understanding of the specific scope, execution strategy, and estimate content about Trends and Project Changes to ensure effective integration of risk, change and trends management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having experience in project engineering or project management team of which at least 5 years spent for risk or change management.
8. Senior Engineer Mooring Systems
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review mooring system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient mooring design in Masela block; develop Mooring System plan based on deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy and engineering standards;
• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Mooring System FEED including interface and integration, Mooring System engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Mooring System project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Mooring System engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure Mooring System FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Mooring System FEED including Mooring System engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Mooring System design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles;
• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; coordinate and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation on the Contractor`s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; prepare report of FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering interface with other FPSO Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Hull/ Marine interface data and development status; in order to ensure FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Mooring System study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or any other relevant Faculty. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
9. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Coordinating with the FEED Consortium resident Company Teams, develop strategies to progress the LLI Procurement for the latter stages of FEED through to EPCI start. This includes forms of procurement whether lump sum, open book, other forms of reimbursement and combination of such;
• Compile, present and seek feedback and endorsement from the Project Management Manager and FPSO Senior Manager in relation to the LLI Procurement Strategy(ies) as identified in item #1 above;
• Support Resident Company Team and Contractor in the development of identified LLI tender documents including TBE’s and CBE’s during the period post-FEED;
• Provide overall procurement guidance and support to Company Resident Teams throughout FEED in relation to the Contractor Procurement Plans for LLI items, other equipment procurement and bulk item procurement;
• Provide independent benchmarking of Contractor stated lead-times for procured items including bulks to sense-check Contractor EPCI schedule to meet required-on-site (ROS) dates or where required for engineering data input for design (or other procurement) activities;
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Technical Science.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in procurement of offshore facilities is required.
10. Senior Engineer Offshore Material & Corrosion
JOB ROLES
• Review, evaluate and advice material selection and corrosion management for Offshore facilities and/or equipment; Develop and recommend material selection and corrosion mitigation objective, plan, and strategy; Approve or not contractors material selection deliverables. Provide material and corrosion discipline support and recommendations during the Select and Define phases in the delivery of modifications and projects for INPEX Indonesia project (including policy and procedures, administration, documentations) in order to ensure available basis for design and project specification, guidelines of material and corrosion for Offshore facilities and/or equipment in INPEX Indonesia Project;
• Develop and recommend material specifications and standards for Offshore facilities and/or equipment in INPEX Indonesia project; Compile, review and advice related department related to material specification based on project plan and strategy as well as company material standard; Assist and support related department regarding material selection for their project to ensure material selection and corrosion specification and standard are understood and accepted by related department and are properly documented for future reference;
• Monitor and review material and corrosion management system implementation throughout Offshore project scope and contractors activities; Assist the identify & assess phase in the delivery of modifications and projects; Provide material and corrosion discipline input as required into initial scoping and business case development; Coordinate and support related engineering department; provide solution on any issues and emerging problems; to ensure that material selection and corrosion management strategies for oil and gas facilities will provide technical integrity during the projected life cycle and meet determined quality and standards;
• Review and conduct material and corrosion inspections/audit in INPEX Indonesia project area including relevant manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and materials testing laboratories as planned and impromptu; Monitor and evaluate their compliance with material specification and standard; Analyze and review HSSE matters are given due consideration in the selection of materials and the corrosion mitigation strategy. Evaluate inspection/audit findings as well as necessary corrective action to ensure material selection and Contractors compliance with HSSE Management System standards;
• Provide technical review and evaluation on material and corrosion tenders for Offshore facilities and/or equipment; Verify, analyze and evaluate contractors material selection to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to ensure materials selected for INPEX Indonesia project comply and according to project and International standards and specifications;
• Review, analyze and evaluate application of new technology in material and corrosion; Conduct, review and recommend studies on material Selection and corrosion studies, cathodic protection, painting and coating, insulation related specification; Calculate corrosion rate for process and marine pipework and equipment; Establish report regarding corrosion rate and corrosion risk for each project phase; Expand the use of currently used materials where practical to reduce costs and risk of failure. Review, analyze and monitor risk management for material and corrosion management in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); in order to ensure availability of reliable risk assessment method and support material and corrosion management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Material and Corrosion experiences are required.
