NES Fircroft; Assistant Accountant

NES Fircroft is assisting clients in Rail Equipment Manufacturing to fill the following positions:

1. Assistant Accountant

Location: Jakarta (Hybrid working)

Temporary position.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

- Proficient in English is a must as you will be communicate with regional.

- Open for those who is currently available/able to join immediately or with short notice.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Acting as the primary point of contact for external tax advisors to ensure effective communication and timely support.

-Compiling and providing all necessary documentation for the preparation and lodgement of monthly VAT and withholding tax returns (to be completed by external advisors).

-Managing the processing of tax invoices (“Faktur Pajak”) in Indonesia’s Coretax system or assisting tax advisors by supplying relevant data.

-Handling tax payments via HSBCnet, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to regulatory deadlines.
