a. Bachelor degree in engineering or any relevant field

b. Minimum 15 years experiences

42. Environmental Specialist (Lokasi: Soreang)

a. Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline and having post graduate degree in relevant science or engineering discipline is preferable.

b. Have attended courses in environmental management related aspects.

c. Have been actively involved in environmental survey and report writing (using English language) in large-scale, complex construction projects.

d. Indonesian POP, POM or POU certifications on EHS.

e. Good understanding of Indonesian EHS laws and regulations, and those applicable for geothermal sector.

f. Familiarity with ADB SPS (2009) including EHS requirements of the IFC.

g. Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018, and Government Regulation No. 50/2012.

43. Biodiversity Specialist (Lokasi: Soreang)

a. Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or discipline and have post graduate degree and experience in implementing Biodiversity Plan are preferable.

b. Attend courses in biodiversity related aspects and working experience with international biodiversity experts are preferable.

c. Good understanding of applicable Indonesian laws and regulation as well as related international convention on biodiversity.

d. Familiarity with ADB SPS (2009).
