Position Summary
The HR Business Partner (Mining Division) will play a critical role in supporting CNGR Indonesia’s upstream expansion into mining operations. This position will serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to the mining division, ensuring that human resources policies, employee relations, and workforce planning align with CNGR’s organizational goals and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, systems, and procedures tailored to CNGR’s mining sector operations.
• Monitor and address HR issues that may impact production, ensuring timely coordination between site and corporate HR teams.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Identify and escalate critical HR issues to management, providing data-driven insights and feasible solutions.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to mining operations leaders and ensure alignment between workforce management and business needs.
• Complete other assigned tasks from HR leadership and site management as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the mineral or mining industry.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and travel to mine sites when needed.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
