PT Archi Indonesia Tbk is a pure-play gold mining company based in Indonesia, with a focus on gold operations in Indonesia and headquartered in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi, PT Meares Soputan Mining / PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at the Toka Tindung Project, are currently seeking the following professionals to support our operational activities:
UG ELECTRIC SPEC (Code : UES/III/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Ensure smooth mining operations by designing an integrated and effective electrical system across the mining area;
• Deliver designs that are efficient, safe, and comply with international standards;
• Ensure high standards of installation, on-time delivery, and within budget;
• Guarantee that electrical systems are installed to the highest quality and meet technical and safety standards;
• Ensure electrical systems are always in optimal condition, supporting uninterrupted mining operations;
• Minimize the risk of accidents and ensure that all electrical activities are carried out safely and in accordance with regulations;
• Provide clear and complete documentation for reference and audits in the future;
• Enhance efficiency and safety by adopting new technologies and best practices in mining electrical systems;
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering;
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in underground mining or related industries;
3. having deep knowledege of electrical High Voltage
4. Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English;
5. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with relevant software for electrical planning and design;
6. Experience in managing or being part of an organizational team;
7. In-depth knowledge and skills in electrical systems, installation, and maintenance for underground mining operations;
8. Participation in Leadership Training is required;
9. Possession of POP certification is required;
10. AK3 Electrical Certification;
Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
UG PRODUCTION, DnB & VENTILATION ENGINEER
(Code : UPDBVE/III/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Develop SOPs for activities related to underground mining, starting from drilling activities to blasting, which use mechanical equipment. Also, develop the SOP for Ventilation.
• Responsible for ensuring and forecasting the needs of UG Consumable materials and forecasting Explosives.
• Responsible for ensuring and creating a ventilation plan.
• Responsible for creating a blasting plan/design for development and stoping
• Responsible for conducting field verification of the blasting design that has been created, in accordance with the established standards.
• Responsible for conducting field verification of the ventilation system that has been created, in accordance with the established standards.
• Develops and implements innovations in applied technology, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinates across sections to ensure the smooth execution of production and operational activities.
• Executes daily activities in alignment with established safety KPIs.
• Responsible for the reconciliation process related to contractors.
• Innovation in the application of applied technology, equipment maintenance, and efficiency.
• Consistently demonstrate integrity and commitment to company values towards internal stakeholders (employees from other departments) and external stakeholders (consultants, business partners, and the surrounding community).
• Develops and implements innovations in applied technology, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
2. At least 2 years of experience in underground mining
3. Proficient in both English and Indonesian
4. Advanced proficiency in mining software such as Deswik (Cad & Deswik DnB), Ventsim & Simblast.
5. Experience in leadership roles within school or campus organizations.
6. Participation in Leadership Training is required.
7. Possession of POP certification is required.
8. KJL 2 certification is required.
9. Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
UG SURVEYOR (Code : US/III/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Responsible for the technical execution of underground mining survey activities as outlined by the Mine Planning Engineer;
• Conduct daily data collection related to mining progress, including the position and dimensions of mining excavation and other relevant parameters;
• Process the collected survey data to produce accurate information that can be used for evaluating mining progress and planning;
• Install the mining boundaries and direction as planned by the Mine Planning Engineer, ensuring all mining activities align with the predetermined designs;
• Maintain survey data and database in order to keep a good data quality;
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor's Degree in Geodesy and Geomatics;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in surveying, particularly in underground mining or related industries;
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications;
• Beginner to advance programming, intermediate to advanced level in database;
• Have a minimum understanding in point cloud processing;
• Proficient in mining software (Surpac or Deswik);
• Skilled in using survey equipment and related application such as: Total Station, Lidar Scanner or CMS;
• Has an UAV certificate is an advantage;
• Proven experience in leadership roles in school or campus organizations;
• Participation in Leadership Training is required;
• Possession of POP certification is required;
• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
