A. Informasi Pekerjaan / Job Information

Job Title : Construction Superintendent

Department : Project & Development

Direct Report to : Project & Development Manager

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Organizing the implementation of construction projects through the development of project execution procedures, monitoring project progress, evaluating work progress, managing project documents, planning procurement contracts for materials and project Services, cost calculation and budget planning, as well as project activity reporting to ensure the timely execution of construction projects in accordance with the designated budget and construction design.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Developing project execution procedures in accordance with HSE standards and civil engineering designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and established standards.

2. Monitoring the implementation of construction projects, including project scheduling, material procurement, equipment usage, and corrective actions for misinterpretations of construction designs to ensure timely execution within budget and planned designs.

3. Regularly evaluating the progress of construction projects along with updating work execution documentation to ensure accurate Information on work progress, along with continuous improvement recommendations.

 4. Planning the procurement process for materials and Services related to construction projects, including preparing procurement contract documents and conducting technical bid evaluations to support effective and efficient material procurement according to project needs in the field.

5. Coordinating with project engineers, cost control, and relevant departments to estimate project costs, budget preparation, and approval of the Project AFE to ensure the effective and efficient availability of the construction project budget.

6. Preparing facility project activity reports to be submitted to relevant parties as a basis for recommendations and decision-making in optimizing production activities.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience :

At least 15 years’ experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Projects with last 5 years as Construction Superintendent in Upstream Oil & Gas Company or Upstream Oil & Gas EPC Company handling large gas project development Having experience in dealing with SKK Migas is an added advantage Kualifikasi / Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

A Construction Engineer (Civil & Structure) plans and manages construction projects, acting as the link between project design and the physical construction phase. They oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while also complying with design specifications and regulations. Key duties include developing budgets, coordinating with engineering team and contractors, conducting site inspections, managing teams, resolving technical issues, and documenting progress. Update any site modification and provide supporting document

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Oversee and manage the construction process, including methods, ways and techniques for field installation.

2. Coordinate with the construction supervisor in the field so that installation work in the field runs smoothly and accordingto technical and safety standards

3. Verify and check all updates and modifications to work in the field and create the documents

4. Overseeing the installation process, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

5. Enforce safety regulations and company codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards orviolations

6. Communicate effectively with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met also to manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project

7. Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data and Drawings.

8. Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process

9. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits

10. Developing an understanding of the overall plant to enable the assessment of impacts on the overall plant.

11. Responsible for ensuring the execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with the Company’s Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience :

At least 10 years’ experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Projects with last 5 years as Construction Engineer in Upstream Oil & Gas Company or Upstream Oil & Gas EPC Company handling large gas project development Having experience in dealing with SKK Migas is an added advantage

Kualifikasi / Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Ocean)

2. Thorough understanding of construction design principles.

3. Ability to read and interpret engineering, detailing and construction drawing.

4. Strong understanding of civil design and installation in the oil and gas sector

5. Familiarity with Civil/Structural Software such as STAAD PRO, SACS , PLAXlS etc

6. Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of civil & structure supervisors.

7. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders

8. Ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts on site

9. Experience in implementing safety measures on a civil & structure construction on site

10.  Experience in working with large-scale EPCI contractors.

11. Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be technically strong.

Job Title : Transportations & Heavy Equipment Operation Supervisor

Department : Field Supports

Direct Report to : Field Supports Coordinator

Direct Subordinate : Transportations Offc., Marine Offc. & Heavy Equipment Operations

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Supervise & coordinate all transportations & heavy equipment operations within GOKPL working area, including air. marine & land transportations and Nagote port activity.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Coordinating & overseeing the daily operations of land. air & marine transportation, heavy equipment operations'and the supporting facilities at the Field Operations.

2. supervising the utilization and maintenance of light vehieles, trucks, heavy equipment and marine boats, coordinating his/her sub-ordinates and the contractors, ensuring less downtime, ensuring smooth & supportive operations.

3. Supervise the Nagote Port Management which include the vessel seheduling, vessel berlhing & stevedoring aetivities and coordination with the Port Authority. Regularly communicates to all parties thal utilize Nagote Port to arrange the sehedule, priority, time allocations on the utilization of Nagote Port.

4. Log-into & monitoring the INAPORTNET, web-based integraled port Services information system provide by Directorate General of Sea Transportations (DitJen Huhld), including managing the reporting & port activity permit applications, which shall include clearances, bunkering permit, shifting permit etc.

5. Ensure adherence to operational efficiency and safety standards.

6. Preparing regular operational reports.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Marine Supervisor/Fleet Coordinator/Marine Officer at Logistics Shore Base Company or Oil Company (KKKS) or major oil & gas project, preferably experienced in speciflcally handling port administrations.

Kualifikasi / Qualification : Min. 7 years expericnce. Bachelor Dcgree in Port Managemenl/Sea
