Responsibility
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software, track progress against the schedule, and identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective collaboration between different teams.
• Identify potential risks to project schedules and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project costs and ensure they align with the approved budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and other relevant information.
• Identify opportunities to improve project scheduling processes and efficiency.
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Min 7 years’ experience in project scheduling and planning, preferably in a chemical or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of chlor-alkali processes and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities :
• Calculate/estimate MP and prepare construction schedule
• Reviews the analysis and design activities in completing complex engineering design projects from general drawings and instructions.
• Providing detailed electrical designs for single line diagrams, power plans, power studies, lighting plans, grounding, junction box layouts and wiring diagrams, conduit and cable schedules, panel schedules, and installation details
• Reviews bid analyses and makes recommendation and assumes responsibility for technical accuracy and constructability of finished designs.
• Performs thorough checking of electrical design packages.
• Preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs and staffing requirements. for proposals, forecasts and change orders.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree in major Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years professional experience – within an operating company (petrochemical, other heavy industry, a power company, or a network operator), a consultant engineering company, or an electrical equipment manufacturer from concept to start up.
• Good general knowledge of major electrical equipment: switchgear, transformers, cables, motors.
• Specialist on large motor starting analysis and familiar with large motor application
• Working knowledge of industry standards for electrical equipment. Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP services is required.
• Well understand on IEC and IEEE code standard and equipment selection and sizing / installation and testing
• QA/QC for electrical equipment control and inspection
• Experience in site construction management for electrical work.
• Experience in explosion proof equipment installation and substation design

Responsibilities :
• Provides Instrument construction, pre-comm/comm expertise for safe and good quality execution of the instrument Construction, PreComm and Commissioning scope of work in accordance with project deliverables and execution schedule
• Guides EPC Contractor's Instrument construction, pre-comm/comm activities, including vendors, subcontractor resources, personnel qualifications, usage of appropriate tools; adherence to project objectives, requirements, specifications, and verification processes.
• Review Instrument project and vendor document deliverables (Instrument datasheet, calculation sheet, drawing, ITP etc.) as per project specification
• Manages the Instrument discipline deliverables updates/relines and support field engineering where needed in support of construction, pre-comm/comm activities. Where needed, develop short term mitigation plans to achieve intermediate milestones and birding scope for final completions.
• Responsible for following up and assuring schedule and related milestones are achieved, provides data, identify material & skills gaps, develop recovery plans to address any schedule delays if any.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Instrument/Electrical/Psychic Engineering
• Have minimum 7 years working experience in medium/large petrochemical/oil & gas/similar project (Medium/Large project)
• Competent of working within the C& I (control & instrument) Discipline in Field instrument types and its applications in petrochemical industry.
• Experience in use of Instrument Standard: IEE, IEEC.
• Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.
