21. Drilling Logistic Specialist
JOB ROLES
• Prepare and propose drilling logistic system to support execution of FEED, EPCI and Operation.
• Monitor drilling logistics support requirements, such as drilling current stock report and good receiving notes report.
• Prepare or validate receiving documentation on related drilling logistics provided by FEED and EPCI Contractors.
• Apply logistics modeling techniques to address issues such as operational process improvement or facility design or layout.
• Review and analyze drilling logistic proposal from Contractors (FEED, EPCI, and Drilling).
• Support and manage the logistic operation during drilling campaign.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 7 years’ experiences in the Oil and Gas industry with 5 years’ experience in logistics.
22. Senior Counsel Commercial
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Commercial and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to Commercial Matters.
• Draft and review contracts/legal documentations to ensure that all Commercial Matters are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws (including international and commercial laws), regulations and guidelines (including applicable PTK), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective.
• Prepare and maintain standard model of any legal documentations for Commercial Matters as applicable.
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Commercial Matters implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same.
• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure.
• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Commercial and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in law. Master’s or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience in Commercial Contract drafting and advice.
• International experience/background preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.
23. Senior Specialist HSSE Project
JOB ROLES
• Provide HSSE leadership, advice, and support to the Project Team during FEED and EPCI preparation.
• Prepare incident prevention programs and initiatives, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSSE Plan, including risk assessments, emergency response plans, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure HSSE requirements are integrated into project contracts, design reviews, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitor and verify contractor HSSE performance, including audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support the transition of HSSE requirements and learnings from FEED to EPCI to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Identify and manage HSSE risks, ensuring mitigation measures are incorporated into engineering and construction planning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
• Act as focal point for HSSE matters with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, regulators, and partners.
• Participate in project reviews, workshops, and audits to ensure HSSE considerations are fully embedded.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Having minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably related to Engineering, Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with preferably having exposures in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG in Operating or EPCI companies of HSSE disciplines.
• Preferably having FEED and/or EPCI experiences
24. Specialist Reporting
JOB ROLES
• Identify and define project stakeholders; develop and propose project performance reporting flows and report formats, monitor project reporting flow effectiveness and propose necessary improvement; in order to ensure availability of project report within the timeframe.
• Facilitate the utilization of Performance Reporting tools in the PMS application to generate project groups' performance reports.
• Manage/monitor all departments’ actions in line with JOA and prepare reports to Joint Venture Partners.
• In coordination with related Group, develop and consolidate project performance reviews/appraisals and performance progress to generate project progress reports for Management, Tokyo Head Quarters and/or other stakeholders.
• Handle the coordination of project groups' efforts in addressing issues and or queries from the Executive Committee or other Stakeholder groups.
• Provide dedicated support to management for high level and day to day decision making.
• Support for department activity of development of BMS (Business Management System) by coordinating across all departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other Sciences related to Oil and Gas Industry.
• Preferably a maximum of 10 years experiences.
25. Manager External Relation & Permitting
JOB ROLES
• Develop and coordinate strategy and plan on external relations, permitting and formalities based on stakeholders characteristic as well as rules and regulation; Manage regulatory compliance/permit analyzing, reviewing and monitoring process that required regulatory compliance/permits from Government of Indonesia as well as local government, SKK Migas for projects and operations activities to ensure projects and operations activities are comply with the prevailing rules and regulations.
• Create strategy and approach to develop and maintain communication and coordination with local government and other specific institutions at central level related to formalities issues required for project activities; Develop, implement and coordinate relationship management, liaison services, advocacy planning and implementation, socio-economics and socio-political analysis; Define and implement action to be taken to solve communication problems and formalities issues in order to ensure external supports to INPEX Indonesia project activities and permits submission within the timeframe, company policy, rules and regulations.
• Develop plan as well as content for INPEX project socialization; Review and evaluate socialization aspects of INPEX projects and/or other business operations to local governments; Lead and manage socialization program in order to obtain the same understanding related to INPEX Indonesia activities / projects.
• Monitor and review national and local issues related with INPEX Indonesia activities; Monitor and evaluate non-technical issue that arise in INPEX project activities; Define action to be taken by INPEX Indonesia regarding the issues that occurred in order to take appropriate steps and support the INPEX Indonesia smooth operations.
• Analyze and evaluate report prepared based on requirement and regulation; Deliver and explain report to stakeholders; Maintain report database in order to ensure that reports required by stakeholders are in accordance with the requirements and applicable regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS

26. Manager Corporate Communication
JOB ROLES
• Develop and coordinate strategy and plan on Communication, Mass Media and Social Media Relation activities including internal communication; Coordinate and review communication content from INPEX Indonesia; Monitor, analyze and evaluate communication program implementation to ensure Corporate Communication content, initiatives and programs achieve the target and comply with Company policy and procedures and Governm ent rules and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate Executive Corporate Communication for external stakeholders and media through various media; Review and evaluate all preparation and communication material, related analysis; in order to ensure Executive Corporate Communication for external stakeholders’ purpose achieve the target, and to ensure smoothness of the program’s execution.
• Analyze and evaluate any potential risk related to the Company activities both for external and internal; Define scenario level of risks and each characteristic as a base of Corporate Communication preparation and plan such as press release and/or town hall/ internal announcement in crisis condition, crisis center, etc.; in order to ensure availability of Corporate Communication plan and scenario in handling crisis condition.
• Manage to develop and socialize Corporate Communication policy and procedures to standardize the utilization of logo, brand and other Company symbol in internal Company and public area; to ensure availability of Company guidelines for Company symbol utilization and its socialization meets the target.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of delivered messages related to Corporate Communication such as achieved public and media relations objectives/goals, key audience acceptance on delivered information, strength and weaknesses in current public, internal and media relations programs, and others; in order to ensure continuous improvement on Corporate Communication performances.
• Manage and review proposed ways to implement external communication, media & media social relations’ initiatives and programs efficiently and effectively such as through self-implementation or request third party’s partial or full support.

27. Lead External Relation
JOB ROLES
• Lead and coordinate the team in developing external relations strategy to support INPEX Indonesia project activities; analyze and map Company stakeholders to identify and define major impact of stakeholders as a base of creating harmonized and valuable relation among parties.
• Lead and coordinate the team in developing, coordinating and maintaining external relations matters to support INPEX Indonesia project activities related to networking and relationship management, liaison services, advocacy planning and implementation, socioeconomics and socio-political analysis; in order to ensure external supports to INPEX Indonesia project activities.
• Develop and maintain networking and relationship management (such as creating approach to the key persons, hearing with local or national level representative groups, facilitating executive visits in INPEX area etc.); Develop and maintain good relationship with external stakeholders and SKK Migas to ensure good support to INPEX Indonesia company activities especially project.
• Monitor and review national and local issues related with INPEX Indonesia activities; Recommend steps that can be taken by INPEX Indonesia regarding the issues that occurred in order to take appropriate steps and support the INPEX Indonesia smooth operations.
• Analyze and evaluate report prepared based on requirement and regulation; Deliver and explain report to stakeholders; Maintain report database in order to ensure that reports required by stakeholders are in accordance with the requirements and applicable regulations.

28. Specialist Social Performance
JOB ROLES
• Review and analyze the requirement of international best practices in social and environment and/or non-technical aspects including developing social impact assessment and implementation plan; Develop and recommend alignment of social program and initiatives in in compliance with IFC Performance Standard requirements
• Review, identify and summarize local stakeholder issues and concern; Conduct social and political risk analysis and link risks to the project’s risk register, and incorporate relevant findings and feedback into project design and engineering; Analyze and evaluate local stakeholder’s response and feedback to INPEX Indonesia projects and operation; Integrate feedback from public and government stakeholder engagement (including community consultation) and social baseline into project decisions, e.g. selection and development of preferred alternative to achieve stakeholder alignment, stakeholder engagement and ensure social and community acceptance of the Company presence and project in the working area.
• Develop Social Performance/Community Affairs needs of the project – especially working in direct coordination with Project team; Develop recommend and implement stakeholder engagement tactic to deliver social and community understanding and acceptance of the project and to support implementation of land and community affairs work
• Develop, coordinate and monitor execution of project external stakeholder engagement and field-level community affairs work; Monitor the day-to-day work of the team on social issues, working in close coordination with Project team and other field-level staff from INPEX and construction contractor(s); Train project members to handle issues arising during construction and how to appropriately manage and document those issues and any feedback received.
• Lead required stakeholder consultation, including e.g., organizing and leading public consultation and leading delivery of other social and stakeholder engagement related components of permitting deliverables; Plan and implement project specific consultation with consideration of stakeholder timelines; Oversee the design and implementation of the Grievance Mechanism to manage stakeholder complaints associated with field activities of project and comply with Indonesian regulatory impact assessments
• Build awareness of land and community stakeholder issues in project team and with contractors through execute and maintain Public and Government Stakeholder Engagement Plan; Develop and implement project level external stakeholder engagement database/management system; Develop, monitor and update exit strategy and stakeholder data management and tracking systems to ensure commitments made to Public and Government Stakeholders are captured in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, 5 - 10 years of experiences with at least 3 years in Oil & Gas or Mining industry
29. Manager Treasury
JOB ROLES
• Manage in developing financial plan and strategy based on Company business and projects target and plan, payment terms forecast, and evaluate and control cash flow status, cost expenditures and idle fund; to ensure efficient and effective financial planning and cash management.
• Manage payment schedule (A/P aging schedule), requirement of documents and administrative completeness; control and evaluate disbursement payment both for corporate and projects activities, provide adjustment in payment process if necessary and handle any payment issues occurrence; to ensure payment performances meet the plan and target and the payment comply with SKK Migas rules and regulations and Company policy and procedures.
• Review financial risk assessment and analyze potential financial risk for projects activities, monitor financial risk management indicator; to optimize loan utilization, minimize possible financial risks and to protect the funding smoothness of corporate and projects activities.
• Manage petty cash and cash in bank; coordinate and control petty cash transactions daily report; the balance of petty cash and cash in bank on daily basis against accounting data and statement; control reconciliation of petty cash and cash in bank in accordance with Company policy and procedures; to ensure petty cash and cash in bank utilization comply with Company policy and procedures.
• Monitor and control cash position/cash flow status, available fund and Cash Call; coordinate acquiring fund, and manage the surplus fund investment based on Company policy and procedures; coordinate and monitor to prepare internal and external finance report for cash position/cash flow; to ensure well-managed cash flow utilization.
• Coordinate and monitor bank accounts opening/closing and the security account implementation; monitor and evaluate reconciliation with related parties; to ensure implementation of bank account security procedures in line with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics. Tertiary degree in Finance & Accounting is preferred.
• Preferably, a minimum of 15 years with at least 8 years in Financial and/or Banking Industry, or finance section in the Oil and Gas industry.
30. Specialist Account Payable
JOB ROLES
• Create financial transactions including accrual and record into general ledger/accounting system; coordinate with related department and relevant parties for document and supporting document completeness; to ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accounting system in line with accounting standard, and agreement with Joint Ventures and/or Partners.
• Verify received invoice and accrual data, data entry into accounting system, and approval status; verify documents completeness and the invoice values based on agreement, purchase order (PO), service
• order (SO), conduct invoice registration process and distribute the documents to the relevant parties for payment approval; coordinate and monitor approval status and update data in the system; to ensure valid invoice record in the accounting system in line with Company policy and procedures.
• Verify Account Payables (A/P) and Account Receivables (A/R) entry against Payment Request and supporting documents and provide recommendations of accounting code, cost object, etc. to the owner department; to ensure valid cost coding implementation in line with accounting standard.
• Monitor outstanding balance such as A/P, A/R, and Advance, coordinate with the related parties to be settled, in order to minimize outstanding balance status, and settlement of financial transactions comply with Company policy and procedures.
• Support monthly financial closing and review and monitor data cut-off; to ensure financial transaction data closing in line with Company policy and procedures and accounting standard.
QUALIFICATIONS
