SPECIALIST – BUSINESS ANALYSIS ASSET MANAGEMENT

Location: Jakarta

About the role

You will be responsible for asset master data management and improvement, maintenance continuous improvement, and training SAP for Planner.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Asset Planning: Develop comprehensive asset management packages, including Bills of Materials (BoM) and assigned spare parts lists.

• Financial Performance & Budgeting: Build and maintain detailed OPEX and CAPEX budgets at the equipment level. Deliver monthly "plan-vs-actual" reporting, variance analysis, and unit-cost insights.

• Maintenance Optimization: Translate technical engineering analysis into financially quantified strategy improvements, such as NPV/IRR calculations for equipment replacement. Support preventative maintenance planning by aligning costs with materials.

• Data Systems Management: Manage SAP Master Data (functional locations, equipment structures, and maintenance plans) and ensure high data hygiene across systems like SAP S/4HANA.

• Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain Power BI or Table dashboards that integrate work orders, vendor data, and actual costs. Identify process gaps and propose technology-driven solutions for operational efficiency.

• Stakeholder Coaching: Mentor site planners and supervisors on financial discipline and data quality practices to drive continuous improvement

Who we’re looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mining Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or Data Science

• 5+ years in a capital-intensive industry (Mining, Oil & Gas, or Power Generation)

• ERP Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or SAP S/4HANA

• Data Analytics: Expert level in Microsoft Excel (Power Query/VBA) and Power BI/Tableau to turn raw maintenance logs into executive dashboards

• Asset Management Frameworks: Deep understanding of ISO 55000 standards and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) principles

• Financial Modeling: Ability to perform Life Cycle Costing (LCC), NPV (Net Present Value), and Sensitivity Analysis for equipment replacement decisions
