Port Operation & Transhipment Manager
(Manager / Senior Manager Level)
(Site Office – Meulaboh, Aceh)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Proven experience leading port operations at Manager or Group Head level .
2. Strong knowledge of port logistics, stockpile, jetty, vessel loading, and marine operations.
3. Demonstrated leadership in driving safety, operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
5. Experience in the mining, bulk material handling, or port industry will be highly valued.
Requirements & Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marine/Naval Engineering
2. 10–15 years of experience in port operations, marine logistics, or coal/bulk commodity transhipment, including 5+ years in a managerial role
3. Direct experience in the coal mining and/or shipping industry is required
4. Strong knowledge of maritime and mining safety regulations
5. Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams (marine, port, HSE, logistics)
6. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Section Head Security
(Supervisory Level)
(Site Office – Meulaboh, Aceh)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all security operations within the company.
2. Ensure the security of company assets, employees, visitors, and facilities through the implementation of effective security systems.
3. Develop, implement, and evaluate security policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security personnel to ensure they work in accordance with company standards.
5. Oversee the implementation of patrols, access control, and inspections of visitors, vehicles, and goods in accordance with applicable procedures.
6. Coordinate the handling of security incidents and emergencies, and conduct initial investigations and corrective actions.
7. Identify and evaluate security risks and develop recommendations to improve the effectiveness of security systems.
8. Prepare periodic security activity reports and provide recommendations to management for improving the performance of security operations.
Requirements & Qualification :
1. Must hold a valid Gada Madya certification.

Corrosion Engineer
(Supervisory Level)
(Site Office – Meulaboh, Aceh)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement corrosion control strategies, including coating, cathodic protection, inhibitors, and material selection based on technical standards.
2. Review and approve technical designs related to materials, corrosion prevention systems, and asset integrity improvements.
3. Provide technical recommendations for repair, replacement, and mitigation of materials affected by corrosion or degradation.
4. Develop Corrosion Management Plan, including identifying critical assets through Risk-Based Inspection (RBI).
5. Propose budgets related to corrosion prevention programs and oversee contractors/vendors performing corrosion protection works.
6. Establish internal technical standards aligned with NACE/AMPP, ASTM, and ISO, and validate investigation findings and inspection reports.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, periodic reporting, and optimization of corrosion management practices.
Requirements & Qualification :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in corrosion protection for port structures (jetty, wharf, etc.)
3. Strong understanding of corrosion mechanisms: Uniform corrosion Pitting, Galvanic, Crevice, MIC (Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion)
4. Strong knowledge of corrosion prevention techniques, and ability to conduct material selection based on environmental conditions (marine, soil, chemical exposure)
5. Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
