Data center firm PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (IDX: DCII) has secured a Rp17 trillion ($982.7 million) loan facility from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk to fund the expansion of its data center business.

The credit agreement was signed on April 30, 2026, and will be used for capital expenditure related to the construction and completion of data center facilities, as well as fulfilling contracted customer demand for capacity.

As collateral, DCII pledged land and buildings, existing and future data center machinery and equipment, insurance claim receivables, and company bank accounts at BCA until all security arrangements are completed.

The company said the financing would strengthen its long term funding structure and support ongoing projects and contracted services without negatively affecting operations or financial sustainability.

DCII, one of Indonesia’s largest data center operators, posted net profit exceeding Rp1 trillion in 2025.
