Govt drafting regulation on mineral benchmark price

The government is drafting a ministerial regulation on mineral benchmark price which would be used to determine the price of mineral.
Director of Mineral Business Development at the ministry Dede Ida Suhendra said that the benchmark price would be first imposed on gold, copper, silver, nickel and aluminum.
"We hope to issue the mineral benchmark price soon," he said adding that the ministry had invited business players on mineral to have their inputs on the draft.
