The government said that the number of raw mining products of metal/non metal and rocks that should be banned from export would cover 85 commodities, expanding from the current 14 mineral ores.
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Jero Wacik said that the new regulation would take effect this month when the ministerial regulation on the export restriction would officially be issued.
?When my new decree on metal ores export is issued, it will cover 85 unprocessed mining products altogether,? Jero said.
The decree will be issued ?this month,? he said.
