Holdwell Business Park, a logistics property project developed by PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (IDX: TRIN), has signed a memorandum of understanding with PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: TLKM) to provide telecommunications infrastructure and digital connectivity services at its logistics estate in Bandar Lampung.
The agreement covers the provision of communication services and telecommunications infrastructure to support the development of Holdwell Business Park as an integrated logistics and business hub in Sumatra.
The project is being developed on a 12.5-hectare site in Bandar Lampung, a strategic location on the logistics corridor linking Java and Sumatra. The estate is designed to serve manufacturers, traders, e-commerce operators and logistics companies seeking warehousing and distribution facilities in the region.

Holdwell Business Park is being developed using a modern storage house concept that combines warehousing and business operations within a single facility. The developer said the concept is intended to meet growing demand for integrated logistics infrastructure supported by digital connectivity.
Under the partnership, tenants at the estate will have access to telecommunications services including high-speed internet, data connectivity and other digital solutions aimed at supporting logistics operations, warehousing activities and supply chain management.
The project forms part of Triniti Land Group's logistics business expansion. The developer said it expects the collaboration with Telkom to accelerate the growth of Holdwell Business Park, which it aims to position as one of the largest logistics estates in Sumatra.
TRIN develops residential, commercial and industrial property projects across Indonesia, including logistics developments, residential townships and mixed-use projects.
