Jasa Marga books Rp5.97 trillion net profit in Q3 2023

State construction company PT Jasa Marga posted a net profit increase to Rp5.97 trillion until the third quarter of 2023, in line with the group's increased toll traffic volume.
The company said in a release Thursday (30/11) that Rp4.1 trillion of the total net profit was resulted from the reconsolidation of PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB) and PT Jasamarga Solo Ngawi (JSN), as well as PT Jasamarga Ngawi Kertosono Kediri (JNK) through the acquisition of shares from PT Lintas Marga Jawa (LMJ) by PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) in July 2023.
Jasa Marga reported that its operating revenue has gone up to Rp11 trillion or 7.7% higher contributed by toll revenue performance of Rp9.8 trillion, 5.1% higher from the third quarter of 2022. Other business income contributed Rp1.2 trillion or 34.8% higher from the same period last year.

Its EBITDA realization also went up by 5.7% to Rp6.8 trillion, with the realized EBITDA Margin reaching 62.1% amidst the operation of new toll road sections and increased vehicle mobilization.
The total company assets was recorded at Rp124.9 trillion.
Until the third quarter of 2023, the company runs a total of 1,260km toll road, which represents 48% of the total toll road length in Indonesia.
The total toll road concessions owned by the company in the same period were measured at 1,736km, including the addition of the 37.05km Patimban Access Toll Road which is managed by PT Jasamarga Access Patimban (JAP).
