Sources told the business daily that before holding the international road show, KPC would carry out a presentation for domestic investors in Jakarta.
The sources said that KPC expected to raise about US$450 million from the bonds, which would be jointly managed by Suisse First Boston (CSFB), JP Morgan, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas.
The bonds which would have a maturity period of 10 years would carry floating and fixed rates of between 9 percent and 10.5 percent. KPC will use its British Virgin Islands-based subsidiary KPC International Finance Company BP as the vehicle for the issuance of the bonds. (*)
