Pelindo appoints Achmad Muchtasyar as president director in management reshuffle

State port operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) has reshuffled its management, appointing Achmad Muchtasyar as president director, the company said.

Pelindo also created a new deputy president director role, naming Drajat Sulistyo to the position as part of the reorganisation.

Other changes include the appointment of Prasetyadi as operations director replacing Putut Sri Muljanto, while Farid Padang was named commercial director. Boy Robyanto shifted from investment director to risk management director, and Hendri Ginting was appointed institutional director.

Several directors retained their posts, including Dwi Fatan Lilyana as human resources and general director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja as finance director and M Suriawan Wakan as engineering director.

Achmad previously held senior roles in the energy sector, including deputy president director of Pertamina Patra Niaga and director of infrastructure and technology at PGN, as well as a brief tenure as director general of oil and gas at the energy ministry.

Pelindo said the management changes are aimed at strengthening leadership and supporting the company’s operational and strategic priorities.
