Indonesia's state-owned gas utility PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) is seeking to issue US$150 million in 10-year bonds, puttable after seven years, Dow Jones Newswires reported on Thursday quoting market sources in Singapore as saying.

The roadshow for the 144a bonds will kick off Monday in Hong Kong and is expected to continue in Singapore and London. Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) is the sole lead manager.

PGN has said it may issue up to $500 million of offshore debt this year to help finance gas pipeline projects.

The utility last tapped the international bond market in August last year when it sold $150 million out of a planned $250 million 10-year offering also via CSFB.(*)
