PT Timah has new board of directors

The annual general meeting of the publicly listed PT Timah Tbk agreed on the appointment of Sukrisno as the company's new president director, replacing Wachid Usman.

PT Timah Tbk, which held its annual general meeting of shareholders on Thursday in Jakarta, said that Sukrisno, the former president director of state-owned coal producer PT Bukit Asam, will lead the company for the next period of management.
