Fast-moving consumer goods firm WINGS Group has strengthened its commitment to clean energy transition by installing a total of 36 MWp of rooftop solar power capacity across eight of its factories located in Jakarta, West Java, and East Java.

This move is expected to reduce carbon emissions by over 50,000 tons of CO₂ annually, equivalent to planting around 2 million trees, the company said. The solar power systems will not only help reduce the company's carbon footprint but also serve as a long-term energy efficiency strategy, aligning with Indonesia’s national target of achieving net-zero emissions by 2060.
