At SMOE, offshore platforms, modules, jackets and FPSOs are our business. We are seeking qualified, high integrity and energetic person t- fulfill the following positions:

Accountant / Account Executive

- Degree in Accountancy

- At least 5 years relevant working experiences in Finance and or Auditor

- Knowledge of Indonesia Audit and Statutory reporting and taxation

- Ability t- overview situations, review and evaluate, provide appropriate advice and guidance

- Good Communication, analytical and problem solving skill

- Able t- work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Duty’s and Responsibility : General Ledger accounting, coordination and responsible for month-end closing, prepare and analyze monthly financial statement and ensure and accurate statutory and management reporting

• Ensure compliance with all Indonesia statutory requirements.

• Ensure that the Financial Control adhere t- the Groups Guidelines.

• Ensure that all intercompany balances and balance sheet items are properly reconciled on a monthly basis

• Co-ordinate Indonesia statutory audits, ensure compliance and audit clearance and preparation of audit schedule.

• Posting monthly payroll entries prepared by payroll officer

• Assist in Budget and Forecast

• Others duties as assigned by superior.

Painting Superintendent

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related t- Technical Discipline

- At least 5 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction in painting Discipline

- Ability t- overview situations, review and evaluate, provide appropriate advice and guidance

- Certified NACE Coating Inspector Level 2

- Familiar with Painting Fabrication Process

- Proficiency MS Application,  spread sheet and database applications

Planning Engineer ( PROJECT PLANNER)

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction or Business or related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.

- At least 5 experience in Fabrication or Constructions in Planning, background in oil and gas industry preferred

- Planning of Complex software or Engineering Project

- Primavera P6 Project Planner

- Knowledge with fabrication planning concepts understanding and implementation

Commercial & Subcontractor Engineer

- Bachelor Diploma or higher in Engineering or Business.

- At least 5 years experiences as a Contracts Engineer, ideally for Oil & Gas projects.

- A high level of competence is required in the use MS Office suite and electronic communications.

- Able t- lead discussions credibly.

- Able t- effectively negotiate claims resolutions.

- Must be prepared t- spend extended durations at the various contract work sites.

- Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting.

- Knowledge of Oracle System  and Subcontract System is an advantage

Lifting and Rigging Supervisor

- Bachelor Diploma or higher in any major.

- At least 5 years experiences as a Lifting & Rigging Supervisor in Construction for Oil & Gas Industry.

- Having knowledge for rule and regulations ( both Local and International)

- Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting.

- Having experience related Lifting Gears (Certified as Lifting Gears Inspector is an advantage)

- Certified as Lifting and Rigging Supervisor

- Having knowledge and Familiar with the JSA / JRA process, good in coordination in Heavy and Critical Lifting)

Welder Supervisor

Fitter Supervisor

- Bachelor Degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related t- Technical Discipline

- At least 5 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction in Topside, WHP, CPP and jacket or Shipyard

- Having experience more than 5 years as Supervisor /  Foreman

- Ability t- overview situations, review and evaluate, provide appropriate advice and guidance

- Strong Leadership and Good in reporting

- Proficiency MS Application,  spread sheet and database applications

Duty’s and Responsibility :

• Monitored construction activities t- ensure quality and safety standards were adhered t- while achieving maximum work efficiency.

• Ensured that work crews were knowledgeable of work procedures and specifications.

• Supervised all fabrication area and ensure all fabrication target is achieved as per schedule

• Directly support project and construction management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for all construction activities.

• Coordinating the needs of the piping crews for craft personnel, subcontractor support, construction services, construction equipment, tools, and consumables as well as optimizing their utilization.

Drafter

• S1 Degree or Minimum Diploma III in any Engineering Discipline

• At least 5 years working experience in fabrication or constructions and professional as  Structural Drafter

• Well verse with AutoCAD 2D & 3D 

• Must be familiar with Soft Drawing, Welding Map Drawing, Cutting Plan and Lifting Procedure

• Experience with Modularization project

QC Inspector

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or in any relevant discipline.

- At least 5 years experiences as Inspector, ideally for Oil & Gas projects.

- Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting

- Obtain professional qualification certificate CSWIP 3.1

• Welding Engineer

• S1 Degree or Minimum diploma (D3) in any engineering discipline

• At Least 5 years working experience in Welding Engineering

• Must be familiar with codes AWS D1.1 ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX and etc. and process the experience in various materials – High tensile steels, Duplex and 6M- Steels, Nickel alloys etc.

• Must have hands on experience on welding Technique, consumable and welding equipment

• Able Work independently

General Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.

Must be able t- work independently or Team Work

Proficiency in English (oral and written)

Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical, Excellent Problem Solving & interpersonal skill
