PT. Bhumi Jepara Service is an O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Company engaged in the operation and maintenance of Tanjung Jati B Unit 5 & 6 coal fired steam power plant 2x1000 MW under the PT. Bhumi Jati Power having its domicile in Desa Tubanan, Kecamatan Kembang, Kabupaten Jepara, Central Java Province. The following description of the position, qualifications and requirements:

1. Warehouse & Material Control Leader (Code: WML B3)

a. Department  : Procurement & Coordination

b. Superior/User  : Procurement & Coordination Manager

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Minimum Bachelor Degree, major in Engineering, Natural Science, Commerce or Economics (Any other majors also encouraged to apply)

e. Work Experience : Minimum 3 years as Warehouse Leader or Purchasing Leader in a large-scale company, preferably from Electric Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mining Industry.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Receive, check, tag and store incoming goods properly as per shipping document and purchased order.

• Sort and place goods on racks, shelves or in bins according to SOP or work instruction.

• Arrange delivery of goods to designated place based on request by the user departments to use goods or any necessary arrangement in case the goods is picked up by the user departments

• Daily Control and manage inventory as well as periodically take physical inventory check.

• Initiate processes for procurement of inventory goods in case of decrease in inventory level.

• Check, create, input and record the necessary data, information and documents in the process of warehouse and material control through system.

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse neat and swept. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc works related to project implementation assigned by the supervisor.

2. C&I Supervisor (Code: CIS B3)

a. Department  : Electrical Maintenance

b. Superior/User  : C & I Leader

c. Subordinate  : C&I Technician

d. Education  : Diploma (D3)  in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation. (Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 7 years as C & I Technicians in large capacity of Coal Fired Power Station (>400 MW) or Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum 4 years of experience in large size power station is encouraged to apply).

e. Work Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience at C & I maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in Power Generation.

f. Other Requirement : Having maintenance competency certificate Level 2 will be preferable

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to Technicians and base on maintenance procedure and instruction, for the scope of C & I apparatus, based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan.

• Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance work

• Collect and keep all data record of repair, testing and measurement result of C & I equipments

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to C & I Leader and record it into CMMS work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies

• Develop of technicians capability and knowledge by technical, safety and non technical training (initial training of newly recruited, general technical, emergency response, first aid, general safety, maintenance procedure, administration procedure etc.)

• During mobilization period, take part in testing and commissioning and record the specification of equipments and test result in correct record database.

• Maintain work order hardcopy file in database and fulfill work order Leadering comment in CMMS.

• Maintain of Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation in maintenance daily activity

• Support of technician work for fault troubleshooting and analysis to the critical problem in main equipments.

• Monitor and maintain high standard for C & I maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern.

• Develop C & I maintenance work check sheet and instruction, to be reviewed by Leader.

• Conduct routine daily safety and technical tool box meeting before distribute work order to technicians.

• Propose to Leader about some C & I maintenance works plan which to be schedulled and conducted on next outage period.

• Propose to Leader about some new critical spare parts to be added and stocked in CMMS database and Store;

• Participate to implement the policy of quality, safety & health and environment within the company.

3. Turbine Mechanical Supervisor (Code: TBMS B3)

a. Department  : Mechanical Maintenance

b. Superior/User  : Mechanical Turbine Leader

c. Subordinate  : Mechanical Turbine Technicians

d. Education  : Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Eng., (Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 10 years as Turbine Mechanical Technicians in large capacity of Coal Fired Power Station (>400 MW) is encouraged to apply)

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in power generation, especially Turbine and its auxiliary system

f. Other Requirements :

• Ability working at height, shall be able to climb at least fifty (50) feet of ladder to access scaffolding, platforms and other operational areas.

• Ability to remain alert during extended working hours.

• Having maintenance competency certificate Level 2 will be preferable

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

a. Department  : Control & Instrumentation Department

b. Superior/User  : C&I Leader

c. Subordinate  : Staff in training

d. Education  : Bachelor Degree (S1) or SD in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation

e. Work Experience : Fresh graduate, or up to 3 years’ experience in C&I field

f. Other Requirements : Having understanding of Power Generation C&I, knowledge of P&ID, DCS and Maximo will be advantageous

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Trouble shooting and calibration of Field Instruments.

• Loop checking of digital and analog signals.

• Trouble shooting PLC and DCS logics.

• Coordinating with the Operations and Maintenance team for resolving plant issues.

• Maintenance of CEMS (Continuous Environment Monitoring System).

• Regularly patrolling the plant and monitoring and calibrating local instruments.

5. Ship Unloader Operator (Code: SUO B3)

a. Department  : Operations

b. Superior/User  : Jetty & Materials Leader

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

e. Work Experience : Preferable experience in a large-scale Thermal Electric Power Generation plant of Unit capacity of at least 150MW, or in a coal mine with production capacity in excess of three million tons per annum.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

 Understanding the core aspect of the field of work, especially related in Power Plant.

6. Simulator Operator (Code: SMO B3)

a. Education  : Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

b. Work Experience : Preferable experience in a large-scale Thermal Electric Power Generation plant of Unit capacity of at least 150MW, or in a coal mine with production capacity in excess of three million tons per annum

c. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

 Understanding the core aspect of the field of work, especially related in Power Plant.

7. Jetty Material Staff (Code: JMS B3)

a. Department  : Operations

b. Superior/User  : Jetty & Materials Leader

d. Education  : Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

e. Work Experience : Preferable experience in a large-scale Thermal Electric Power Generation plant of Unit capacity of at least 150MW, or in a coal mine with production capacity in excess of three million tons per annum.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Understanding the core aspect of the field of work, especially related in Power Plant.

8. Fuel Management Staff (Code: FMS B3)

a. Department  : Jetty & Material

b. Superior/User  : Jetty & Material Leader

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Bachelors Degree in Mining Eng., Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Naval Eng., Physic Eng., Chemical Eng.

e. Work Experience : Preferable experience in Power Generation, including experience in conducting fuel management.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Understanding coal and fuel oil related matters, and a good understanding of contractual document structure is preferable.

9. Procurement Staff (Code: PROS B3)

a. Department  : Procurement & Coordination

b. Superior/User  : Procurement Leader

d. Education  : Minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring in Engineering Commerce or Natural Science (Any other majors are also encouraged to apply).

e. Work Experience : Minimum 2 years as Purchasing or Logistics Staff in a large-scale industry, preferably from Electric Power Generation industry, Oil & Gas, Manufacture, Chemical or Mining Industries.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.

• Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Reviewing and analyzing all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.

• Developing plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies.

• Negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.

• Ensuring that the products and supplies are of high quality.

• Creating and maintaining inventory of all incoming and current supplies.

• Maintaining and updating lists of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developments.

• Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed

10. Health & Safety Staff (Code: HSS B3)

d. Education  : Minimum Diploma (D3), majoring in Engineering (Environment, Electrical or Mechanical) or Public Health (Any other majors are also encouraged to apply).

e. Work Experience : For Diploma (D3), minimum 1 year in Staff Level. For Bachelor Degree, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Executing regular Health & Safety promotion activity.

• Facilitating activities related to Health & Safety campaign.

• Facilitate Health & Safety orientation, training and socialization.

• Conducting inspections related to Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Hygiene.

• Provision of data and information as the result of inspection and incident investigation.

• To provide data regarding the daily compliance and the enforcement of Health & Safety rules in the Company’s daily operation.

• Provision of data related to the fulfillment of activity and/or equipment permits and/or licenses to comply with applicable regulation.

• To prepare data and information in order to compose reports based on government regulation.

• To conduct test or evaluation of Health & Safety standards (regulations, procedures, equipment, etc.)

• To support periodical Health & Safety Audit.
