We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

FABRICATION & WELDING TRAINING SPECIALIST

(Assignment: Site Based)

Monitor and supervise site welder activities to ensure welding activities are conducted in a save and timely manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimizes availability.

Requirements:

• Min. diploma degree with 5 years experiences in welding and fabrication job (prefer to mining machines)

• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements

• Good analytical and supervisory skills

• Good communication in English

• Fully understand and be able to operate Welding machine and others welding equipment

• Absolutely master in welding operating techniques

• NDT skill and knowledge

• Understand damage type that will be welded.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and determine work procedure, work load balance, work methods and also coordinate work unit with other unit

• Assigns, supervises, and inspects the work of a small crew of welder-fitters, and helpers in cutting, fitting, and welding pressure vessels, boilers, pipe and pipe fittings while fabricating, installing, and repairing low and high pressure water, air, steam, gas or oil lines and systems

• Lays out jobs and estimates labor and material requirements

• Orders and maintains an appropriate stock of materials and supplies

• Ensures that code requirements, safety regulations, and safe work practices are observed

• Supervises the maintenance of tools and equipment

• Prepare and arrange training development program for all Welding Fabrication crew

• Conduct in class and /or Workplace Training and Coaching and Assessment for internal welding fabrication personnel based on their job environments within Petrosea all project sites

• Involved in increasing Asset welding fabrication personnel requirement bu external recruitment program.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Monitor and control end-to-end project execution related to electrical engineering works for PLSS, both Construction and operational; translate the concept into real design; develop-review-approved design Products (both internal and external).

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical-Electronic

• Minimum 4 years previous experiences in Engineering and Construction with thorough understanding for multi discipline aspects of construction works

• Proficiency in CAD, Generally Computer Literate

• Proficiency in specific software for electrical

• Construction Design knowledge proficiency

• Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines

• Require to travel to site

• Team workers and organizing people.

Responsibilities:

• Execute, guide and direct for Engineering and Construction in order to achieve Engineering Objective in reliable manner

• Execute, monitor, and improve Engineering specific task

• Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned

• Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related

• Initiate feedback for improvement of Engineering reports and works status

• Review, observe, and improve physical construction works in accordance with defined work procedure

• Involve in construction stage methodology along with utilizing knowledge to conclude proper construction works

EARTHMOVERS TRAINING SPECIALIST

(Assignment: Balikpapan)

Providing special training to all sites especially in Earthmovers equipment and also continues improving operation technique.

Requirements:

• Minimal High school degree in any major

• Min. 5 years experienced in operations of earthwork mobile equipment

• Good communication in English and Computer literate

• Have experience in Mining and Heavy Equipment

• Has proficient knowledge about the mining process

• Good presentation and leadership skill.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review training materials, training modules, and assessment procedure and ensure its implementation in accordance with Petrosea’s training procedure at all project sites

• Conduct, review training need analyze (TNA) and developing and improving of the Training Matrix

• Conduct Earthmovers Equipment training to all Petrosea’s sites and improve the operation technique

• Analyze present Earthmovers Equipment operating system and improving it

• Deliver training specific to engineering and construction equipment operating

• Develop site trainers specifically on teaching skill and unit control & system

• Able to be second in charge Site Training Supervisor

• Proactive with HSE in investigating issues connected with incident that caused by equipment miss operating

• Coordinate and liaise with training superintendent in order to arrange trainings on site

• Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures

• Create weekly report based on activities and events that have been done

DRILL & BLAST MANAGER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Direct and lead drill & blast operation activities to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occurs accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with Company’s Policy.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate

• Minimum 10 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting

• Min of 5 years supervisory experience in mining production and drill and blast engineering

• Strong exposure on Technical Services and Commercial

• Hold POP Competency

• Must have a strong understanding of open cut mining equipment and mining techniques

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal

• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software

• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling

• Rotation to each site conducting drilling & blasting

• Work hard and willingness to stay at job site

Responsibilities:

• Direct and control management and supervision of Drill and Blast contractor crew, including managing performance and behavior in the workplace with a strong focus on safety improvement and quality assurance

• Ensure that suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations are implemented

• Assist in developing improvements to the drilling and blasting methods

• Developing drill & blast designs & schedules

• Improving operational effectiveness of the drill & blast department

• Monitoring, recording and reporting drill & blast results

• Responsible for driving production forwards and interfacing between production, planning and operations

• Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner

• Coordinate blast activities; lead, train and mentor blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed

• Monitor drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel

• Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld

• Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

CORPORATE FINANCE SPECIALIST

(Assignment: Head Office)

Responsible of the process funds and other corporate finance activities in order to gain all the opportunities of financial growth in company.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in finance or related field, like accounting or business

• Having minimum 5-7 years of experiences in finance, financial accounting, or investments banking

• Detailed background knowledge or hands-on experience relevant to the company’s industry

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong communication skills – to present financial data to various corporate employees

• Ability to effectively multitask

• Self-directed and strong time manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible with product identification process by reviewing investment materials and seeking out investment opportunities in the market

• Organizing the material needed for corporate finance/corporate action activities (e.g. capital raising, Merger & Acquisitions, spin offs)

• Prepares consolidated forecasts and analyses trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas

• Conducts complex business and Financial modelling (i.e. ROI, NPV) making recommendations to management on new product, features, pricing, marketing promotions, based on historical financial data

• Prepares financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments

CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Responsible in managing Investment & Finance Strategy, executing corporate finance activities to support all the business by advancing overall financial goal and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in finance or related field, like accounting or business

• Having minimum 7-10 years of experiences in corporate finance, financial accounting or investments

• Detailed background knowledge or hands-on experience relevant to the company’s industry

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong communication skills – to present financial data to various corporate employees

• Ability to effectively multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and creating financial plans and strategies to support Petrosea strategic directions

• Lead corporate finance/corporate action activities (e.g. capital raising, Merger & Acquisitions, spin offs)

• Assist management in the evolution of the profitability of income streams as well as the potential for cost efficiencies

• Manage the company’s operational financing initiatives such as the company transaction activities and coordinate with related party to support the business expansion objectives

• Lead an assessment, arrangement, and finalization of various funding opportunity (i.e. capital market, private equity) in order to outline future financial goals and strategies

• Maintaining and implementing SHE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs align with official standard and requiremenrs.

CIVIL & STRUCTURE ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Control and monitor end-to-end process of project execution regarding civil engineering works for Petrosea Logistics Support Services, both construction and operational; translate the concept into real design; develop-review-approved design product.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 4 years experiences in Civil Design Engineering

• Proficiency in specific Software for Civil-Marine Structure Design

• Familiar with Civil/Structure Software (Staad Pro)

• Able to support estimating and feasibility studies are required

• Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines

• Willing to be assigned to Project Site

• Excellent work ethics and team works attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review all civil works and documents, to ensure all works adhere to International Engineering standards and codes as well as company’s management system

• Review, prepare, and conduct complex Civil Engineering calculations in order to produce calculations of consistent accuracy

• Review, prepare, and analyze specifications, basis of design, and engineering reports in order to produce documents of consistent accuracy

• Review, prepare, and evaluate RFQ (Request for Quotations) packages and conduct TBE (Technical Bid Evaluations) in order to ensure RFQ’s and TBE’s are accurate and consistent

• Monitor and review the preparation of CTR’s (Contribution of Ratios) and provide input into scheduling in order to ensure CTR’s accuracy

• Monitor and control the preparation of civil engineering drawing reports to ensure all reports are accurate and in a timely manner

• Operate and control civil engineering software packages and evaluate output (Terra model) to suggest changes and improvement when needed

• Provide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge

• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

ASSET ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) e.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc., which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (minimum 5 yrs)

• Minimum 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management / Maintenance especially few years on-site

• Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)

• Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written

• Willing to travel to site in remote area

• Own high ethic and practice good attitude at work, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure whilst maintaining the quality of the result.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & maintain Asset rate (especially mobile equipment)

• Prepare & maintain LCC (life Cycle Cost) to provide realistic LCC

• Maintain LCC through periodical review, to see the LCC fitness

• Prepare analysis on asset actual performance

• Prepare & provide light recommendation in determining predictable asset performance, revenue and asset risk

• Prepare & provide relevant data for Mtc Budget, Reforecast and Tendering new project budget

• Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal Petrosea policy

• Identify hazards and risks during task completion in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment

• Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety  and Enviromental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
